It depends on the hospital, budget above 300k for it. Like I said it depends on your hospital and location, you might be lucky to get it cheaper.
No complications so far and living a normal life, I just take some supplements once in a while recommended by the endocrinologist.

Surgery is the only solution. I had this years ago and got it removed surgically.
It's thyroid issues or goiter. Google more on that.
It's not life threatening from my understanding.
