Your ability to define the BLACK FRIDAY and who your CUSTOMERS really are should open your eyes to the fact that that day isn't for your customers. You just don't wanna treat your customers with the least respect and empathy and the only good thing about the Black Friday is that its a day for you and your company. and don't ever think you can build a new and committed customer base with the peak inflow of customers on a black friday..... Every customer hates the essence of black friday, some of those essence are: No time to listen to customers the crowd owns the day limited stocks stress to be served limited hours of sales focal point on not so valued commodities the forgone alternative is more than the discount customers don't purchase with time, attention and details its an anger filled day the joy and happiness of doing business with your customers go off that day https:///post/customersplace./54 |

customer service personnel needs to know more to lead the customer |
please your comment and questions by following the link below.... hope this will help someone |
Can there ever be a nexus between what matters to a customer service personnel and that of the customer? The possibilities of putting a 50/50 balance is really not possible but the CSO should always be on the bigger win side if only you know what you and the customer wants Customer: what matters Efficient customer service Low priced products; High quality products. quick resolution to problems CSO: what matters Having a friendly, positive attitude Responding promptly to questions and requests Being consistent and straightforward Treating customers like people, not numbers Having the knowledge, skills, and resources to resolve the issue at hand Communication — someone who really listens to you and understands your concerns (this was the most important thing of all) THE POSSIBLE NEXUS LIES DEEP IN RECIPROCITY: A customer works into your store, office, firm, shop, etc; that's a very nice gesture that must be returned either as loud as a trumpet or in calm silence...... and always remember this Both types of reciprocity create an emotional connection with the customer, such that they feel a subconscious need to reciprocate the gesture. Reciprocity is what motivates customers to send a tweet, share their experience with a friend or continue doing business with you over time as a loyal customer. https://customersplace./2015/11/25/what-matters-to-you-and-the-customer/ |
Anu mpama are you sure you didn't hear this from radio biafra? bettercreature: |
to all concerned........electricity in AJAH/BADORE has been stable for days now and queues at gas stations is dropping to zero and hopefully this will spread accross Lagos and other parts of the country. NNPC has never been mute about the fuel crisis cos i hear them almost everyday and there so many parties to blame for this... from the presidency (unfavorable market conditions), marketers(diverting and not loading products), vandals( NNPC have not moved product through the pipeline for months), filling station owners(hoarding and hiking price of product) and the final consumers for lack of patience when buying the product. |
hello my boy...... the INEC BOSS YOU ARE ASKING TO RESIGN made decision mistakes in favour of PDP.... you wanna know why? firstly and only, the election should never have been inconclusive on all legal grounds but due to the political nature of KOgi state and ethnocentric believes the INEC had to give PDP another chance to succeed and here they are calling for a fresh election. Our electoral structure is party based and on paper you vote for a party so inec should have declared the APC the winner of the election. approximately, the APC candidate had over 240,000 votes against the PDP 199,000 votes. dont forget that not all registered voters votes rather accredited ones, therefore the judgement of Inec held that the number of registered voters cancelled was more than the marginal difference.....but have you checked the number of accredited voters for that election? The APC candidate had constitutionally won over 25% of more than 16 LGA's (two-third majority) The only reason for not declaring him winner is because his deputy assuming the governor's office will raise tensions of political and ethnic brows.......... and INEC just made the case much more complex to favor PDP only if they are still in their senses cos a party flag bearer must have followed the process from the primary till the declaration. gare: |

yes he is still innocent but when a lawyer throws weight off the innocence of his client na big lacuna on his part oh.......... I wish dey can let him go back to his family. I enjoy fighting a just course but when a lawyer comes in it becomes a matter of evidence.. so everyone asking for fairness, justice and equity wont be wrong if he is found guilty. tobiasbeecher: |
i was a filling station supervisor and my brother there is a stipulated price we buy from these marketers and when they hike it we load from others who aint raising price......and we also report such marketers to DPR but all my mails and calls to DPR are never read nor replied not until now.... then i also see a joint conspiracy of some marketers. the only problem they have is the dollar policy and this marketers gets their dollars outside nigeria but choose not to load. less than 10 percent of filling stations in lagos has correct measurement and pricing.......so i feel when it gets to time like this....hoarding is a crime and the government can fine them for such. the legal balance here will fall back to moral stand of business. hush15: |
"we are not saying Kanu Uche is innocent of allegations levied on him but our law demands you treat him innocent till declared guilty" such statement from a legal adviser leaves us to no further assumption than PLEA BARGAINING tobiasbeecher: |
abeg ehn......why be say some the igbo youths wey read political science and others that claims to know well about politics so so daft and cant think straight but biafra.... its good to be optimistic but, also being realistic and objective should be considered. dont border quoting me cos am not following this trend... but am a proud igbo guy that wants to mary a yoruba girl, base by basement in awusa land......and become a young imo state govano...... chukwumezie uka |

who be the we? its the difference between civilized elites and vexed/primitive.half learned elites even the tomato aboki seller and pure water hawker in abuja and Lagos wont harm a peaceful protest. and you are here raising like a mental hobo......you guys need some sense.....but those cheap drugs in circular wont do the sense. if Kalu Uche is found guilty na only plead from your governors, elders, mothers go make them pity his family and send him out of Nigeria. before you quote me....go and listen to the statement of Kanu Uche's lawyer frenchpharaoh1: |
you drink Isoko garri before you sleep..... dreamz of standing and here biafra is eminent.... nzuzu ragiluhivo: |
Let me remind you here that you are actually making sense but lacking an oversight of this situation..........hoarding is so so wrong and if you are well aware DPR has also issued an ultimatum to conoil and vowed to free sell to the public if they fail to load as agreed when they have this product. I think we should support the fact that business cant be as usual and every bolt in this chain of fuel supply should do the right thing not mak Nigerians suffer. hush15: |
thank God everyone knows you are simply wailing....... you mean say you never hear all the statements wey NNPC and DPR issue? and all your postulations about GEJ strategies are all propaganda cos we had this situation almost every two months in Nigeria year back amjoseph19: |
