You won't need one if it is a technical stopover. To identify a technical stopover you will notice that the stay time is short and the flight won't change. |
Hello, It's been a very long time... Sincerely, I don't know their present state.. Ademidd: |
jrusky:Those guys are been sacked on daily basis oooo but some know how to play that racketeering game... But the people that suffer this more are the passengers that wants to carry more bags ana pay less. If there is a case of missing na wahala.. Just get him name and send an official report |
Inferior19:You should have at least $100 per day.... How many days did you spend there? |
Okay.... So I work at the airport as an airline staff and here is my advise.. 1. For first time flyers.. There are certain routes known for illegal travel purposes.. Just have a clear purpose and complete travel documents if you must go there. For example, 50% of girls traveling to Dubai who can't define their purpose for travel are seen at self traffickers going to huarle(them no get legit hustle documents) 2. Know that any purpose for traveling have a supportive document.... At the boarding gate immigration will ask you.. Let's say you tell them you are going to pay your frnd a visit or you are a tourist.. You must know who you are visiting well or the city you are touring. It is better for you to pay and know these things here than shout here and get deported. Not everyone will ask you to pay sha b4 they school you. 3. If you use the wrong travel agent no how on how you must drop.. - you arrive late(90mins ) to departure... If you shout finish you will choose either to drop or pay to change your flight date -You have an error on your documents accept your fate and correct it... You can fly another day because na begging dey start drop something 4. Avoid that act of "if I don't travel today I am. finished" 5. Lastly, you can't know the job more than the jobbers themselves... I mean travel rules and requirements change often.... So in a heated argument try and listen very well you will meet that good guy that won't rob you off your kobo. The airport is not designed for you to tip officials....but if you come with a loophole the wrong guy will bill you. Covid 19 has changed everything tho.. |
Thanks Uzor for staying strong.. Everyone is reacting based on stories on SM. You saved me from what would have been a life disaster for me... I can remember every wise words you said that day.. Thanks for being strong. |
So, the government is saying.. Don't SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO A COUNTRY LIKE NIGERIA.. WHERE KILLINGS OF THE NONE INFLUENTIAL ARE NOT ACCOUNTED FOR |
Argue with a customer? . No matter how right or wrong your reasons are, trust me again on this you can't win an argument with a customer. Normally, you shouldn't argue with a customer when handling a complaint. Don't try to prove a point even when the customer is wrong, rather provide a solution. If really you’re a professional then; stay calm don't take customers' anger personally(you are not the problem if you remain professional). Focus on the solution rather than the insult. Anytime you try to prove a point it increases and escalates the unpleasant scene. Be focused and quick to solve the problem so things don't get outta control. The keynotes are: I won't argue with my customer.. I will focus on the solution and not the abuse... The only point to prove is a solution.. Have a good weekend

One of the best sets of customers to have are customers who have confidence in your brand.. They make everything about customer relationship so interesting(even when they complain). It is advisable to have at least 30% of your customers in this set. The real task is how? .. In today's competitive market, after getting a good or service of standard quality and a good market price you need to understand and play the communication game well.. Communication is almost everything in customer relations.... It is the only tool that shows you the real truth about your customers.. ... THE COMMUNICATION GAME: . It is about giving your customers landing information that helps them make good decisions when they buy and also how fast you are able to code the message of your customer... Customers communicate either Verbally or Non verbally( through body language and silence) the confidence of your customer is a function of your ability to manage the communication.... Take charge by listening even in the silence of the customer.. ... Don't be shocked to know when a customer says "everything is fine" is a sign of battle.... ... Customers confidence increase when they know you understand who they are and what they want.. Just like I said communication is the best tool to understand your customers.... Do you have any question? ..

Customer satisfaction is now simple to achieve if and only if you are building your strategy around the customers... .. I got a call today from my network provider just for a random checkup and also to find out my new taste or desire from them.. All they are simply doing is gathering CUSTOMERS DATA... ... Data is everything you need to do a perfect and satisfying job....when I say data I mean..knowing your customers and their deep desires.. If you know this definitely you know what to do... .... The next to to analyze data.. the most important part of this is having EXTRA ORDINARY HANDS that will analyse and deliver... .. Remember "if you treat your employees well they will treat your business and customers well"

If only I was permitted to list out some companies that are in a mess today because they couldn't draw the line of when a customer is right and wrong.. Many of these companies are small business owners that were made to believe customers are 100% right. ... I believe customers are not always right. Even from the legal point, customers don't have a right to be always right but..CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE BE TREATED RIGHT ALWAYS. . You draw up a perfect line to when a customer is not right but find ways to treat the customer right... The best way of doing this is to really find out what the real complaint or want of the customer is... I usually give this example: imagine a customer walks into a bank and yells at the caregiver "your mobile app is not working and nothing is working in this bank".. This customers assertion might not be right but your ability to know that the customer is having difficulties operating the app gives you a chance to treat the customer right and problem solved. ... Always know that your customers are not always right but you can always treat them right..

It is the dream of every salesperson or vendor to look at their customer list and notice increase and consistency. Meaning, our old customers are still with us, the new customers are increasing and they all are happy. .. It becomes a sweet dream if you find out the simple step it takes to make this dream come through. Let's explore what this is. .. The easiest way to keep a customer happy and always buying is to KNOW AND DO WHAT the customer wants.. Business is sweet when you know what your customer wants. Sometimes it's hard to do this things because they are too simple but doing them makes your customer trust you, happy with you and always patronize you. .. Always ask your customers how they want to pack their goods, do they have a special employee they wish to talk to any time they come, what is their best form of payment, and any other question. .. The only threat to doing what your customers want is the policy approach(this is how we do it here, sorry we don't sell that way, our policy doesn't permit that) Try not to be a policy strict vendor. .. Just give it a try today, do what the customer wants and give me a feedback.. I will be happy to see you happy that your customers are happy..

A small scale vendor on Instagram is still struggling to believe He lost a customer that would have been his biggest client... . It all happened when an intending client sent him a DM to know why his products are more expensive.... He took the intending customer as an a not serious window shopper so replied the customer... " if we are talking about the price then you are not my customer, please find cheaper vendors outside here" .. As simple as those words are, he price shamed his customer not knowing he just placed a big client in the discomfort zone. That customer of his turned out to be a govt agency with the aim of patronizing indigenous vendors.. .. Customer Service and customer satisfaction is made easy when your customers tell you what they want..and it's also made easy to lose customers when you are guilty of poor Customer Experience. .. When you communicate you always get a reply... Don't lose another customer by sending the wrong info... Explain to your customers, answer questions and always be good.

Now this is foolishness.... And looting.. This by no. Means stands for fighting for Nigerians in SA. For your info... All the looted goods are for Nigerians... |
quote author=nextstep post=81888278]Let's be rational here. Police, kidnappers, ritualists, fake medicine, bad hospitals, and truck drivers waste the lives of innocent Nigerians everyday. What's all the noise now that South Africans are wasting lives? Is it because of a few lives lost in SA we will now protest? What of the hundreds of lives lost every day in Nigeria, caused by Nigerians and our government? Why don't we protest that? Please don't say: "what if it was your relative killed in SA?" I have lost relatives in Nigeria to the aforementioned, and nobody protested for them, or people like them. The protests/killings started because a (SA?) taxi driver was shot dead by a (NG?) drug dealer. Now everybody and their uncle is "reacting", losing perspective, and swearing up and down, yet doing nothing to back it up or cause for real change. The person who last called for a revolution protest march is cooling his heels in DSS custody, all but forgotten. As usual, I give these reactions 3 more days before we're on to the next distraction. Mtchew![/quote]You see why I said we should ban public opinion... |
Good afternoon OP, You have to pay that fare, trust me no airline staff will cheat you on this cos you will be paying into the airlines account.... Not an individual. .
