Am a Nigerian and I have passion for IT. I wish to become a software developer and I plan to travel abroad next year to acquire the skill. I want to Put in for B.sc/B.tech Software Engineering.
Kindly advice me on the best country to choose between India and China in studying Bachelor in Software Engineering.

Considering the following:
1. Excellent training (priority)
2. Admission acceptance
3. Visa acceptance
4. English learning option
6. Expenses required
7. Work and study permit

If you're already collecting so much money in taxes why would the state need a levy? The state and local governments should be able to fund it with taxes they get.

Aphenphosmphobia get married to Anthropophobia and gave birth to chronophobic beings

We fell and arise;
Unknowing our body' scars would foot the bill, truth and untruth struggle in endless combat, even though time motions forwards and backwards sans a sigh of sign!
I'm wandering in wonders,
When would our brain call our soul for deliverance

Today, Futures and pasts fell into an ocean of teary blood, the world itself had changed her garment, it's I and You who who need to reform it to cloth

Humanity wheedled me in the right frame of mind and sent my brain into university of dilemma,

Africans, let's rethink and adhere to unity
We are one
And none is beautiful as us
Our culture; our pride
Our religion ; our Salvation

Let's increase our kneeling to prayers
And put actions forth like that of players
Let's wave a "NO" to Xenophobia!!!

For dunderheads who will soon start barking like rabbid dogs without the slimmest knowledge of this newly acquired equipment.

According to the report, the calibrating services of this equipment used to be contracted to SA at a whopping cost of $500k every 6 months, wtf.

And to think the thought of acquiring this equipment after over 2 decades of lacking same never occurred to previous successive administrations speaks volumes of how "they really cared" for the self sufficiency of this country. Of course they wouldn't since perhaps the aviation ministers criminally enrich themselves through those lapses. Imagine, $8.5m, they refused to buy despite the huge revenue and depleted foreign reserves. 

Sons of dogs whose future were being eaten up by those past leaders will still not hesitate to show buhari the full length of their tongues on this account. Smh.

This notable forum has been a blessing to many Nigerian youths both locally and foreign. But to my surprise, I noticed some flaws which ought to have been fixed are yet undone. The management of this forum should not only focus on traffic but also look into the usability and credibility of the forum to users. On the front page thread, the advert is much more than the normal comments of people. In fact, some will only place pictures of their advert without any relevant comment. This can't be done on quora or any advance forum. The mod usually ban those flooding the thread with banner ads but they will go open another fresh account. Why can't registration involve phone number with verification? At least user can have 100 emails but it is difficult to go buy 100 sims card in the name of spamming. Or restriction should be placed on a newly registered account. Please this forum is too vulnerable!
