mabegunrin:I have changed my mind. I wanted Lag if I had gone with Batch C |
Hello prospective Otondos, My school mobilization lists for Batch A came out on Thursday this week. Just checked mine yesterday and I am good to go after missing out on two batches. #Uniport |
Can someone volunteer to start and manage Whatsapp and BBM for this Batch? |
I watched the said rally also, I think Buhari's declaration. Whoever that was controlling the sound that day deliberately was turning down the volume whenever PGEJ is been criticized. Maybe information got to the organizers who quickly voiced out through Dino Melaye. |
Go to the Student Affairs at Choba Campus with your Success and JAMB admission (For those that came in through JAMB) letters. You will be given a form to fill and submit. Then you are good to go after that. No deadline for now, but I will advice for all UNIQUE graduates who have their success letter and yet to be mobilised for NYSC to hurry up. Thanks. |
Didier Drogba and John Mikel Obi are among a host of footballers from Europe’s biggest clubs who have united to raise awareness in the fight against the Ebola virus. Football’s governing body FIFA, the Confederation of African Football and health experts joined forces in a multimedia public health campaign to raise awareness about the Ebola virus and to implement preventative measures. The ‘11 Against Ebola’ campaign, features Drogba and Mikel along with Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo, Barcelona’s Neymar and Bayern Munich’s Philipp Lahm among others and promotes 11 simple health messages selected with the help of doctors and health experts from Africa, the World Bank and the World Health Organisation who are tackling the outbreak in West Africa. Underneath the positive slogan ‘Together, we can beat Ebola’ and the hashtag #wecanbeatebola, players share each message with the help of animated films, radio content, banners, posters and pictures in a multimedia campaign launched today (Monday November 17). The Chelsea pair also joined other Premier League players from West Africa to support the launch of a free-to-air Ebola-focused education channel to be broadcast via satellite in the region. The channel, called ‘Fight Ebola’ aims at informing people in affected areas about the nature and dangers of the disease and how to fight it. The content contributions are courtesy of numerous international media, help organisations and institutions such as UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders (MSF), and End Ebola Now. Among those joining Drogba and Mikel to give messages of support are former Blue Samuel Eto'o and Christian Atsu, currently on loan at Everton, Stoke City’s Peter Odemwingie and Tottenham’s Emmanuel Adebayor. Chelsea fans in the UK can help stop the spread of Ebola and support those affected by donating to the Disasters Emergency Committee Ebola Crisis Appeal. The DEC brings together 13 leading UK aid agencies and members are working in the worst affected countries in West Africa. You can donate online at www.dec.org.uk or you can text the word HERO to 70000 to donate £5*. *Your full £5 donation goes to the DEC Ebola Crisis Appeal. This donation will be taken directly from your phone bill. You will receive an automated reply confirming your donation and asking if you would like to Gift Aid your donation. www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2014/11/mikel-and-drogba-join-fight-to-raise-ebola-awareness.html |
