Pls I need your help after throguh with my registration then proceed to payment then the next step said your exemption letter is been process, Bring another page contain change of birth but I used NECO as my O, level kindly what to do my date of birth is 12/12/1987 but I found 1/12/1984. Hello. I did my online registration today. I clicked the "continue without payment" and was able to complete the registration successfully. After I finished inputing all details, and after previewin n submitted, I expected it to load my green card for me to print,but it brought this message, "you can't print this page without making payment". I'm kindof confused now. Is the 3k payment now compulsory? Should I fulfil all righteousness and make the payment,just to print the green card? Or is there a way I can still print the page without making the payment? House, please help!!!!!

You can submit it because you cannot edit it that way.
When you are done with the reg., then you can make use of WAEC VERIFICATION PIN to do that still on same website.

If the date puts you below 30, you can choose not to change it!

I was born 86 not 91...have already sent them mail with my details and my complains.if dey like dey correct it...am not ready to risk my life traveling to abj just to wear kahki...I just hope the 15k to collect exemption certificate is not true...
