google offers free Broadband to US citizens, BEAT that!!! NETzero also does a free trial, In the UK, dial up is free!!!
schools and other institutions offer it free too.
here in Uniport, students get an hour free. imagine the nonsense, an hour (dont mean to sound ungrateful)
