Rather it's a virus infected website the APK was uploaded to.

Android Users can easily search on Google for Pokemon Go APK to download and install since it's not yet in Google Play Nigeria store and iOS.
iOS users can also download it by:
1. signout of your Apple ID
2. Tap signing with New ID and create using another email.
3. Select Country as US, UK or other countries the game has been released in.
4. Search Google for a random US, UK phone number and Zip code to input in registration - it's required.
5. For payment options, pray you see NONE as an option instead of Mastercard / visa.
6. You will be directed to US , UK Appstore if successful,
7. Download and play so you can wreck havoc on late starters when it's finally officially released.

So many questions about this Airtel Unlimited plan. Let me try to answer some.

1. Those using this plan on Blackberry OS10 (z10,q10) and even Android and modem Users, the access point (APN) you should create and set as default is " internet.ng.airtel.com "

2. Those getting the error that they're already on this plan: You cannot subscribe for the plan TWICE within a 24 hour period.
So if you've used 1 Hour Unlimited plan around 4PM, You will have to wait till 4-5 PM the next day before you can subscribe another 1 Hour.
If you can't wait, then you have the option of also subscribing 30 mins, 15 mins plans but they all can be done once a day.

3. Yes you can Hotspot it to other devices to run Windows Update, Antivirus updates or Upgrade your Phone OS and App downloads.

4. Speed concerns: Ensure your Phone / modem is set to 3G ONLY, not Auto. I've hit top speeds of 1.5 Mb/s. Torrent downloads all work.

There's also an Unlimited Airtel Night plan for 500=6 Hours or 200 (3 Hours ) Starts from 12 midnight to 6 AM:

Finally, my money has been returned back to me. (without interest )
It took the intervention of paga and Gtbank to convince Jumia to pay back.
Whoever made this happen - I say Thanks.

Moral of the story is - NO PAY ON DELIVERY - NO BUYING!!!

Finally, To answer the question about how long it takes for Jumia to issue a refund for cancelled transaction?
Judging from personal experience, I'd say 2 Months.

Buy Fridge on Konga? oh boy - You no know road to Port harcourt?

All the items i've bought from Konga so far are portable stuff and haven't had any issue like this except one iPhone charger + Cable they claimed was an Original from Apple. It refused to charge at all (displays not charging).
I think it's all these third-party Merchants Konga has allowed to list items that are causing these problems.

I'm really sorry to hear this situation they've put you into.
If they're serious about business in Nigeria, they'd beef up customer support, resolve cases with immediate "Alacrity" and take actions to prevent future occurance.

Instead of posting a Pic of the item, could you post the Link of the item so we see more details about it like brand, Model number, full spec of what you ordered and what you got. (just to clear doubt).

I'll personally Tweet this at them and hope they contact you soon.

Let's hope this matter is handled quickly and you come back here to testify so that others won't be scared of doing business with Konga because i'm ordering an HP 2000 laptop (Mildred's laptop) next week from same Konga.

It's a pity they let it come to this.

Java is still not supported by Apple. And even app creators have not found a workaround for it,
2go makers will have to design a version based on iOS which is not very difficult (I don't know why its taking them soo long)

The usual process is to Extract the Zip into a your www or Folder where you want to install the forum.
Example: yousite.com/forum
The files extracted should have a install.php file (smf) check to see what joomla calls it's installation file. Then point ur browser to yoursite.com/install.php or yoursite.com/forum/install.php (depends on where u extracted the zip)
And that's it, you follow the onscreen instructions from there.
You might want to check the Joomla support forum, all your questions have already been answered there.
