Since the program was not installed there is nothing for you to uninstall.
Moreover if u fill there is something to uninstall go to remove/uninstall programs and search for the program then uninstall

since it did not install fully due to an error or something, it might not uninstall from add and remove programs,  My AVG does that sometimes.

o remove a program that has refused to unstall,  Delete  the program and all its data from you C:/Program files/, traces of the program can also be found at C:/WINDOWS/system32 or the prefetch folder also in /WINDOWS, conducting a search in your C:/ might help u locate all the files associated with that installation, after that try uninstalling again from add and remove programs,  it will run away since all its working components have been manually deleted by You,
WARNING: Be careful with Your C:/WINDOWS folder, No delete wetin you no sabi oh,  if not nah windows repair cd go be ur next problem

i just helped a friend out with the direct link for downloading his own benq scanner 400u driver too, i cant open the site now so follow these steps,
go to benq.com click on products, then choose the second option (Not Computers and not comunication), then choose scanner,, then choose model, then choose driver, then choose ur OS version , e.g XP, let me know how it goes
