Abraham Alade Olarotimi Onifade, 41, Abayomi Aderinsoye Shodipo, 38, Nosimot Mojisola Gbadamosi, 31, and Adekunle Kabir, 54, were all sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court in London on Tuesday.

We bring to your attention that despite all efforts both from the House of Representatives and other interventions to get NMCN to continue with the verification of nursing certificates, they have for reasons best known to them refused to yield the instructions on Reversal and non-implementation of their illegitimately conceived Revised Nursing Verification Guidelines.

Instead of towing the part that conforms with international best practices in consonance with other Nursing regulatory boards, they rather chose to entirely suspend the verification or certificates issued by them for the past 4months.

This situation has continued to mitigate the progress of all nurses seeking their certificate verification both home and abroad.

May we by this notice inform you as follows;
1. We are not fighting against any person at NMCN or the registrar as an individual
2. We are not fighting against NANNM or the National executives who despite all the glaring evidence regarding this verification abnormally, have chosen the part of condemnable silence instead of speaking out for this honourable profession whom they directly deduct contributions from source.
3. We are not against any professional interest or government agencies within the country.

❤‍🔥⭕Let it be made known that our primary goal is to condemn any policies or guidelines that goes against the human rights of those practicing Nursing.

Even as an American citizen wether naturalized or born in the USA if you make up to $100,000 a year in any country you live in, you must pay taxes to the American government or the IRS will come after you for tax evasion. Its the duty of every citizen wherever you are to pay taxes to the government not just to go online and start bashing Nigeria 🇳🇬

Nigeria need to tax those overseas even if na 1% of our earnings - yes make us pay taxes - let us vote too and make us able to run for office too easily

thats how we can build our revenue base and develop Nigeria - imagine how much taxes diasporans will remit to Nigeria in a year - even if it is 1% tax of our annual earnings

Class action is the way out. The guys at the NMCN has no or little say on this. No amount of being called out can help in reverting this action. It has everything to do with FGN.
