I quite agree with you on the statement that NNPC should say something about the EH component of the recruitment process.

It is outrightly unfair and unprofessional for them not to mention anything regarding that.

Anyway, this is Nigeria.
Some will argue that they've surpassed 50% of expectation from the public.

After the processes that EH candidates followed, I feel it is good enough for the corporation to mention this formally instead of hiding behind statements.

I'm a Yoruba guy. Heard this song while growing up ... Say, I was like 8 - 10 years old then. Never know the meaning of the words but I connected to it ... Such a beautiful song. I wanna share it with my wifey & daughter.

Guys, now that almost all the popular hypotheses seem to be working against local man, what should I do, forget all about towers?

1. Paid early on 18th July - Access Bank hypothesis.

2. Paid by King Anyam - MIS hypothesis

3. 2:1 - competition by extremely brilliant folks with close to 100% cgpa.

Hey! We all came this far by HIS GRACE. Do not loose hope in being one of the successful ones that'll get the APL.

Do you know what you should do? STAY POSITIVE.

About the theories/sources. Fun to some, disturbing to others.
To me, personally, It's been both.

In all, we all are going to be fine (with or without NNPC) when in our hearts are fixed on the positives & wish others good.

As we draw close to the end of this very interesting recruitment process, made so by: NNPC, CBT Centres, Nairalanders et al. I wish & pray we all excel gloriously in our life's journey (careerwise, family ...)

BTW, All the pips I know that had their "NNPC chat" on the 5th neva receive alert. I dey suspect those guys. wink

WHY DO ENGINEERING GRADUATES THINK THEY ARE SUPERIOR TO OTHER DISCIPLINES. even for university, majority of them dey just rubbish other people's courses while forming Engineer. I don't know wether this is also one of the things they where thought during thier undergraduate dayz. dat them be superior, everything them most consume the highest slots. blah blag

There are different set of persons that handles each stage, representative from different subsidiaries. Once the interview stage is over another panel will be constituted for the next stage. The first committee was for the modalities of the CBT , most of the panelists are senior men and women of the corporation from different subsidiaries, NNPC is ready and prepared to get it right this time around. Thank God the new GMD is also a man of high standard.

Interview day ..... fast forward:

Interviewer: Any question?
Interviewee: The recruitment started with application process down to the CBT and now the oral interview. What is the next stage sir.

Interviewer: The next stage will be for successful candidates to get their letters. (NOT IN EXACT WORDS AS SAID).

So the hopefuls should prepare ...

Nairalander help o. Just logged in into my profile found my exam venue buh the date on it is 27/05/2019. While d mail earlier sent said d exam will be on d 1st of June. Shey NNPC dey follow me do Child-play ni?

I believe the site is being worked on. Maybe they're having technical issues because when I checked logged into site the date for CBT was yesterday May 27 and no time. Later the site went blank with error message displayed.

Let's hope they won't postpone the CBT like the elections. And if they do, either way, may Almighty GOD help us all.

I really don't understand what's going on, concerning feedback for the the assessment stage.
Please, anyone with tangible info as regards those of us still waiting, anxiously & painfully, for a reply from Nestle's HR, should share. Does this mean we're still being considered? Will they send a reply no matter how long? huh

This silence from Nestle is really bothering my mind. sad

Can we all calm down.

First of, I have Igbo & Hausa friends (wow!, all wonderful & caring people).

I just can't place it when we all tend to judge a whole set of people by actions of very few.

We all wrote like pensive people but we allowed the milieu-induced reaction in us to come out first. Please, we should respond to the issues & not be ethno-racial.

Way forward! that's all we need. If we can't directly help in solving problems then it's better we don't indirectly stir-up more problems.

It HURTS so much. All these problems are caused by some of our past leaders (across all levels). These are the seeds they've sown over the years & now it's sprouting-out.

U.A.E., Malaysia, Brazil, Singapore & Nigeria all started the development race roughly at same time with Nigeria having an edge in terms of Population & Natural endowments.
Tell me brothers, where are we as at present in this d-race?

Let's not fall for this TRAPs. Please! We are more advance in thoughts.

The future of this GREAT country lies in your hand, yes YOU. Be progressively positive in intention & deeds.

Pips workg wif SSCE certs are earning as much as N8OT.
