Whao. I like this. You are a bad guy. With the way you are going, you go bad pass 90% kazim AC techs. Since it doesn't trip at high speed, i feel it may be related to the pressure in the ac system itself. I dont have deep knowlegde, but let the knowledgeable ones talk. Eazilyfe: Yeah boss, i think its a condenser heat exchange issue, i have been brainstorming with chatgpt & Deepseek since. Its a new condenser so i cant says its bad
I have a Guage to check AC psi, if the inside fan is 4 speed the AC works harder and the PSI increases to 42 above which will cause that RPM fluctuation issue at idle or traffic.
But immediately i reduce the Fan speed to 2 or 1 it makes the low side drop to 30 psi and the Compressor works normal no issue.
I think i need to drain and refill gas on a hot day with Fan on 4 speed, then recharge the AC to trip off at not more than 35psi on speed 4 without pouring water on condenser to cool it. So when i reduce the fan speed(3,2 & 1) it will even become cooler at different fan speed since my system is tuned to 35psi at highest speed(which is the best airflow to quickly remove heat in hot cabin)
Pouring water to achieve cooling while recharging will give issue later when condenser is left with only fan to regulate/cool temperature in traffic.
But will a bad thermostat give such issue because at constant drive or speed it doesnt give such issue?
My observation so far |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by solasola(m): 2:04pm On May 03 |
I feel a good car ac should trip and start at intervals. But not within seconds. Thats the work of the thermostat. If your car is not overheating, no much problem, you may have a faulty ac thermostat. And as per rpm increasing, there should be a slight change in the level when your ac goes off, but it should not be that noticeable Eazilyfe: Abeg wetin fit make AC dey blow well when you dey drive on constant speed and also blow well when you just on am at idle. But if you leave am at idle for long e go start dey trip off and on within seconds
Same thing if you have been enjoying the AC and you immediately stop at a 5mins traffic it will start raising and dropping engine RPM.
New condenser bought, Radiator fan working, new expansion valve. |

The e-cmr is a new document, and it seems it has not gained traction and probably there are still some dispute on it. But if you are in lagos and do ehailing, you may never be asked to provide your documents once they know you are uber. Am somehow sure that uber/bolt and indrive they settle them somehow. Really i have never been stopped for documents. But if you plan traveling inter-state, its better to just be on the safe side. The type of car and your poise matters. E get how police go see you hen, na oga anything for us dem go they ask. |

When you start ehailing, if your car is not in next to perfect condition, you will spend money on repairs till you get to a point and its all good, but usually by then, you loose interest and quit the hussle, only to sell off the car when all has been fixed to your mechanic. Lol. Kazeem sabi give that kind advice well well. Maintenance and buying of original parts is the key, but if you like mainland trips, na oyo you dey, you go fix car tire. |

Now, let me share some things about this cameras with you guys, 1) The cameras are not on all spots on the bridge, so atimes you may go as high a 100km/h and not get booked, if you look slightly up, you may notice the cameras where they are placed, but i dont do above 75km/h cause of marginal errors.
2) There is need to understand the difference between mph and km/h, usually most recent odometers, the miles per hour is boldly written while km/h has a smaller text. pls shine your eyes and dont mistake mph for km/h. na oyo you dey
3) sometimes the calibration of your odometer may be a liitle wrong, i have noticed that my car speedometer differs for what the maps says, so follow your car odometer with caution.
4) be careful not to focus too much on the speedometer, look up, only glance slightly at your odometer. |

Speed limits- Mobolaji Bank Anthony way -60km/h Third mainland bridge- 80km/h And avoid any one way as police now work with hoodlums to mislead unsuspecting drivers who are not familiar with the route, I know of mile 2 bridge. kindly use Google maps and your brain. They are out to milk us dry. |

Pearl1910: Everyday we replay the same mistakes companies like Kodak, Nokia, IBM, Motorola, Blackberry, 2go, Yahoo messenger etc made. They all failed to adapt to prevailing changes. If u are adverse to change the world will leave u behind. - U must be constantly looking for avenues to remain afloat in ur business. - U must continually search for ways to deliver your product/services the way the customer wants it. - U must look at your environment and design your business plan to model the reality around you not an utopian one. - U must look at the future and anticipate how the market will change and position yourself to adapt to it. If u can't see the future, u must be flexible enough to quickly adopt the change.
If u fail to do all this, be ready to be relegated to d background and further into obscurity.
Ehailing is undergoing a major shift right now, and except you are doing it part time. Full-time drivers must begin to think fuel saving vehicles, Hybrids, EVs. U are using 2.4 litre engine and above, drop it and go and collect Moove or find a 1.2-1.6 litre engine and buy or take up as rental or HP.
As I speak, I am currently looking for a small car that I fancy, a hybrid car or going for an EV with minimum range of 300miles. 1.8litre engines like Corolla, Elantra and Civic are just scratching the borders of profitability these days. Take ur destiny in your hands and change what is within ur control, stop worrying about what u can't change. Let them be playing and complaining about indrive and rida....moove is cashing out, what most riders need is a feeling of security in a car and being able to order a ride at any corner or any given time. More of indrive-like apps may come up in the future and the race gets more difficult |

Is there communication between your inverter and the battery, error 04 should be low battery though..... Follow the advice given on setting up protocol 05, and make sure the communication cable is connected correctly, i mean. There is a particular end that goes to the inverter and battery, if interchanged, it wont connect. Hope this helps a little. |

NOETHNICITY: Your analysis is wrong.
You can’t abduct a police officer for whatever reason. There is no justification for driving off with a police officer in car and refusing to stop when asked to. The video is enough evidence to send the driver to jail. It is not all the time we have to assume that the police is wrong So many things wrong in this country. First, it's not ok for a policeman to enter an erring drivers car. Until the government do the right thing by making a law by digitalizing everything, then we are not ready for anything. We are actually not a serious country yet. 1) police should have compulsory bodycams. 2) they should only give you ticket and let you go and pay. 3) they can only arrest you if there is a probable cause like you are a wanted criminal. Theft, drugs, guns, murder.....etc We are just too unorganized. |

swagifted: in some African countries petrol is selling for over 1 dollar per liter.... Which is almost 1400 naira today.... All these fuel queues in the last few days or weeks will clear immediately they change thier price to 1400 or more.... Which means cars with 80 liters tank (use Lexus LX for example), will need 112,000 naira for every full tank. U never add fuel for 2nd or 3rd family car if any....the electricity madness that happened in February and March really drove up the installation of massive scale solar and now a lot of families are generating far more excess than they consume.... Couple with BAND A cost.... It only makes sense to add electric mobility. Not only are you generating energy to run your house electrical loads... U are also generating to run your cars...this makes solar energy payback quicker. People can't just understand this simple logic Well, it's capital intensive though. Many have this ideas and understand all you have said and lot more. It's just the enabling environment. It's complex. I know in 5 years time, things will be different. We would have local ev vehicle makers. This I have seen. |
