2018 PROPHECIES BY PASTOR TOYE EBIJOMORE https://news.assure.ng/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Pastor-Toye.jpg 1. I inquired from the Lord of what the year 2018 will be for us in Nigeria. He made me saw thin people having fats on their body and short people becoming very tall and everyone look glossy in the skin. But, some later became thinner and shorter and very dry in the skin. Then, I heard that year 2018 shall be a year of Restoration and Greatness for us. But everyone that forsake the way of the Lord after the blessing shall become scornful objects in the public. 2. The Lord will make the greatness of those who trust in him to manifest in this year. 3. In this year, many seekers of the good things of life will get them in multiple 4. The Lord will open shut wombs in this year for multiple and glorious children to come through them. 5. There will be multiple job offer to many applicants in this year. 6. There will be multiple incomes for the entrepreneurs and many States of the federation will clear the salary arrears of the Civil Servants before the end of the year because the Lord has commanded economic restorations for Nigeria. 7. Those who are seeking for marriage partner will get multiple choices in this year. Hence, every child of God should pray well before taken any decision. 8. I saw the Lord sitting on a throne and his ministers came round him on Nigeria issues. I said, O Lord, glory to your name for all you told me last year came to pass. President Buhari was rushed out of the country as you said through me. In the month of November, Atiku Abubakar left APC for PDP and I guessed that fulfilled the prophecy you made me said that somebody will rise against President Buhari and prevail in the month of November. Does that mean Atiku will be the next President? I heard, 'no. He is not among them that will be President of Nigeria'. 9. Then, I asked will Buhari be re-elected? I was told to see and I saw smokes in the heavens from the earth and a candle light in the midst of winds. The Lord said, the smokes are the sacrifices of my Servants on the earth which they made to me for his consideration, the candle light is the President and the winds are the troubles he (the Lord) will permit to take him away at anytime that my Servants cries to withdraws their sacrifices. 10. I saw the PDP Chairman, Secondus, quarreling with everyone around him and they were all trading blames. He will be disappointed with the attitudes of his members. 11. I saw Odigie Oyegun as a driver of a fully air-conditioning bus loaded with notable people but they were all sweating profusely and his driving caused an annoying hold up until another person took the driving from him. APC will meet needs to change some of its officers. 12. I saw that sudden sadness towards the general election that caused for an emergency meeting of the political parties in Nigeria. We must pray to avert it and the merciful God will surely hear us. 13. The governor of Kogi State will have a son born with a scroll on his hand written on both sides with lamentations. Fervent prayer against sad occurrences must be urgently organised for the Kogi State politicians. 14. I saw an assassination plan that was perfected against a governorship aspirant in Ekiti but the Lord made him escaped it because he is a future governor of the State. 15. The Lord is set to make Ondo State shine in glory. He has planned to stretch forth his hands for her sake. I saw a secret account being discovered. I saw many white men that are asking for the way to Ondo State but complaining that her gates are not opened. I asked the Lord what we can do and he told me to tell Ilaje land and Akure land to organize a 'Glory Redemption Crusade' that he will then lead them into the State. 16. Satan want to raise battle against the churches in this year but the Lord has risen in advance to fight for every church that belongs to him. 17. The UN votes against Jerusalem as the capital of Israel will not stand because I saw many countries supporting the US stand. I asked the Lord if the crisis will lead to world war as being speculated by some people and he answered me that it will not. 18. The Lord said he will stop the operations of false prophets and he will fight those who are fighting his words. 19. Kidnapping will reduce in this year but there will still be some serious security challenges in the country in this year. ...Assures The New Year Holds Great Promises for Lagosians …Says Critical Projects Will Be Delivered in 2018 https://news.assure.ng/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Ambode2.jpg Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode on Sunday expressed optimism that 2018 holds great promises for Lagos and Lagosians, assuring that the State will record landmark achievements in major sectors of the economy in the New Year. Governor Ambode, in his New Year message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Habib Aruna, said that while the outgoing year witnessed a massive leap in terms of infrastructural development in the State, some of the reforms in key sectors of the economy will take full flight from the beginning of 2018. ‘We have good reason to be very optimistic about what 2018 holds in stock for our State and every Lagosian. The commencement and realisation of some of our reform programmes especially in the Public Transport, Environment, Tourism and Health sectors will transform the landscape of the State and improve the quality of lives of all Lagosians,” he said. Governor Ambode said his administration will not rest on its oars, but will continue to up the ante on infrastructural renewal, noting that the 2018 budget of N1.046trillion which is currently at the House of Assembly for approval will be dedicated majorly to completing some critical projects currently ongoing as well as commence some new ones. Some of the key projects, the Governor listed includes the Oshodi Transport Interchange, reconstruction of the Oshodi International Airport Road, Pen Cinema Flyover, 181 Local Government Roads and other network of roads. “Given the fact that 2018 will be last full fiscal year of this administration’s four year tenure, our major focus will be the completion of most of the ongoing projects. We will also pursue the objective of strengthening the financial base of our State through various measures aimed at boosting the States Internally Generated Revenue. We believe very strongly that this is achievable without necessarily increasing taxes but by widening the tax base and ensuring that all revenues due to the State are collected through technologically driven tax collection and management system,” the Governor said. Ambode urged residents to continue to support his administration’s quest to transform the nook and crannies of the State for good by voluntarily paying their taxes as and when due. “The dream of a new Lagos which we all desire is unfolding and we all have a role to play in this project. Our government is open to new ideas and partnerships, and we will welcome suggestions for better ways to do things and improve on service delivery to the people. We will continue to provide responsible and responsive leadership which is the hallmark of sustainable development in modern, functional and liveable cosmopolitan city like Lagos,” the Governor said. https://news.assure.ng/ambodes-2018-new-year-message-lagosians-must-read/ |

https://news.assure.ng/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Prince-Dayo-Adeyeye.jpg A former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Prince Dayo Adeyeye, has accused the Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, of intimidating the people. Adeyeye described Fayose as pharaoh of Ekiti and accused the governor of harassing other members of the party that do not belong to his group. The former minister of state for works, stated this in a statement by the Media Director of Prince Adedayo Adeyeye Movement, Chief Niyi Ojo. “We are worried that a sitting governor who has refused to make life comfortable for the people of the state, will shamelessly prevent good gesture by other party members in ameliorating the problems of the citizens of the state, and the PDP members in particular,” it read. PAAM wishes to condemn in clear terms the harassment being visited on party members by the governor who has been arm-twisting them across the 16 Local Government Areas of the state, forcing them to reject palliative Christmas gifts from other party chieftains while he, as a governor, has refused to help their cause. While we know and agree of certainty that the action of the Governor was borne out of inferiority complex, we however, feel that he should not be allowed to push out our party members who have been totally pauperised by his failed policies in the state, and force them to jump into the All Progressives Congress (APC) in search of greener pastures. It is on record that the grand reception given to our principal, Prince Adedayo Adeyeye by Ekiti Indigenes had never been bestowed on anyone who is not a current public office holder in the history of Ekiti politics. This, we are sure, is the reason why the insomnia governor Fayose has been suffering in the last few weeks has increased and causing him to become paranoid. We are genuinely worried that a governor who has usurped local government funds in the name of providing for the needs of the people without anything to show for it, has decided to close the door against members of the PDP who are genuinely making efforts at ameliorating the economic challenges of the needy within the party. While we remain committed to the cause of PDP in Ekiti State as a group of major stakeholders, we wish to state that it has become necessary for the National Working Committee (NWC) of our party to call Mr Fayose to order before he, out of selfishness, snuff life out of the party in Ekiti State. We reiterate our unalloyed commitment to the cause of the PDP as a party in Ekiti and we assure all party members that all attempts by the state governor at turning the party to his private estate shall be resisted while we take bore of the need to preserve the integrity and continued survival of our party in Ekiti State.” https://news.assure.ng/fayoses-muscling-ekiti-people-become-pharaoh-dayo-adeyeye/ |
I said governors, NOT Jonathan, lacked the political will to save - Okonjo-Iweala https://news.assure.ng/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Okonjo-Iweala.jpg Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, former minister of finance, says her statement blaming the lack of political will to save funds under the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan has been taken out of context. Speaking on the Chilean saving example at the George Washington University on Thursday, the former minister had said “zero political will to save in the last administration” was responsible for some of the challenges facing the country. But in a statement issued on Friday, Paul Nwabuikwu, media aide of the two-time minister, said Okonjo-Iweala was referring to the opposition of some governors to the efforts of the immediate past administration to save in the excess crude account (ECA) and in sovereign wealth fund (SWF). “Some recent media reports have distorted comments made by former Finance Minister Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala regarding how lack of political will negatively impacted national savings over the past few years,” the statement read. “Contrary to the slant given by these loud headlines, Dr Okonjo-Iweala did not indict the Jonathan administration in which she served. “Rather, she was referring to what many Nigerians already know: the strong opposition by some governors to the Jonathan government’s efforts to save in the excess crude account and the sovereign wealth fund sabotaged this important national priority. “The governors’ criticism of Dr Okonjo-Iweala’s many calls for the country to save for the rainy day is still fresh in the minds of Nigerians. “It will be recalled that this opposition culminated in the governors taking the Jonathan government to the supreme court in furtherance of their position that the federal government had no right to ‘compel’ them to save. “Several knowledgeable persons including former Anambra State Governor, Mr Peter Obi have confirmed these facts. So the issue of Okonjo-Iweala indicting the Jonathan administration over this very public issue simply does not arise.” https://news.assure.ng/said-governors-not-jonathan-lacked-political-will-save-okonjo-iweala/ |
https://news.assure.ng/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/George-Weah-In-Tears-Says-%E2%80%98Change-has-come-to-Liberia.jpg An overwhelming crowd of supporters and sound-system malfunctioning forced Liberia’s President-elect, George Weah, to postpone his victory speech on Friday night. Weah was billed to formally accept his election at his Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) headquarters in Monrovia at 6.30 p.m., an hour after his declaration as President-elect. Immediately after the National Elections Commission (NEC) announced the final results of the presidential runoff polls and pronounced him elected, the city erupted in jubilation again. Thousands of young people poured out from different parts of Monrovia and adjoining towns, and headed to the CDC headquarters located on the only road linking the capital. Soon, a mammoth crowd of ecstatic supporters filled the expansive premises where they sang and danced to music supplied by a disc jockey. It was a carnival of sort outside as an overspill of supporters sang and danced along the road, resulting in a heavy gridlock on both sides. Similar scenes played out in other parts of the city. Monrovia, was literally on standstill for Weah, a man of the people. When the president-elect finally arrived at 8.42 p.m. in company with his wife, Clar, and the Vice President-elect, Jewel Howard-Taylor, the crowd went out of control. Efforts by the CDC youth leader, Jefferson Koijee, and security men to manage the situation proved abortive as the sea of heads pressed towards the stage where the dignitaries sat. Two women fainted due to suffocation, and were lifted on to the stage where they later got revived. “We are thirsty, we want water,’’ a section of the crowd chorused, interrupting the National Chairman of CDC Campaign, Mr Toga McIntosh, who was delivering his speech. The sound system was not helping matters either, as it kept malfunctioning probably due to suffocation too. When the president-elect rose from his seat to calm the situation, the crowd went wilder in euphoria, chanting “George Weah, George Weah’’.
