it maybe ignored if it was being used by a member,but we are talking about a pastor here,who stands by the pulpit to preach the word of God...but instead of the bible,he uses a phone...

CONVENIENCE..... Just because you physically step in a university premises does not mean you have pass out from the school. You have to go through the rigors and exercises the school has to offer. It doesn't matter the form. What you should has is....is the person preaching passing the right message across in accordance to God's words?
