There's election day, certification of individual state results by the secretaries of state, then the governors sign the certification, the electoral college seats to do the actual voting, then congress meets to certify the results finally. I once went to the NIN HQ in Rivers State, and they told me that they are sorry, they had closed. The interesting part is that I got there by 7:58am!!!!

Yet, this man is here blaming Nigerians. Why will I bother when someone has closed before they open? Why will one bother when he has Drivers license, International Passport and Voters card for identification??

They are currently charging N3,500, N4,000 in different parts of Port Harcourt. And you blame Nigerians, when you guys cannot manage your folks well.
