Who gives a Bleep if ibadan has wiki page. Bottom line remains onitsha has more bank branches than ibadan,
Ibadan is not in top 6 cities that account for major deposits in nigeria, ibadan airport serves as grazing reserves for herdsmen.
Summary ibadan is poor
onistsha is the dream land of ibos and the economic center, ibadan is just second to Lagos

but then Ibos and facts are not what i would take serious... give us idependent research that onitcha is anything but a slum

OnyeOfenmanu:
Local man, we are talking of domestic flights and not international. Talking about international flights, remove Hajj, then Kano and Kaduna airports become irrelevant. Everybody knows lagos and abuja are the gateways....Enugu and portharcourt airports are not given enough license/approval to operate major route.

let federal government take off its control of airports then we can have a clearer picture to see who and who can command more international traffic.

The southwest is rich?
I thought u said we are depending on 2.5m barrels, u have forgotten we have oil and ports
My prediction is that by 2021, Nigeria would be unrecognizable.
the slave trade happened a long time ago but yorubas benefited the most through badagry port and been the largest slave traders, colonial hustle came and yorubas through ajayi crowther and Herbert mayculay where there, independence hustle came and the kutis and awolowos came, civil war came adebanjo, obasanjo stood upright, coups and counter coup idiagbon, diya all stood, abiola struggle came yorubas stood tall, I keep wondering why you ibos tend to get scared of standing alone? and need an umbrella.. look whatever would happen here anytime or any day Ibos would keep seeking our assistance or crying of our failure to help, some of them would even say we joined north to marginalize them as if we aint far better with north who we run direct bothers with in jebba than ibo that we don't even know and had never being less opportunistic

look 2023 you ibos better think of what is going to happen or hustle hard for Fulani slave VP

you buy guns for political thugs and pay them, soon the elections are over and they need money for drugs and they start using the free guns

assassinations, banditry , assassination and robbery all point to access to assault weapons

Pls explain to me how? Don't you understand this infopics? you got second to the lowest money, in spite of all your slavery. Fulani knows that yoruba wants to be free too but they are too timid to fight for it.

Whatever crumb you are getting from your fulani master now, will be nothing compared to when you decide to free yourself.
Social Investment Program was started by Osinbajo ran exclusively from oguda house his office complex for over 2 years, ofcarse we got our very fair share and the Northern partner are getting theirs through the logical partnership.. the second fair share is the commented is about the Loan distribution ($22bn)

Who are the 'WE'? Compare what only the NE got against what all the South received and tell who the master is.

With all your slavery to the fulani, the crumb they gave you is almost the same we got.

Stop reducing your dignity man.
fact to fact northeast is war torn we are best economy and still got second largest chunk of free money, you got non and the sweetest part you are paying

what ever insult you have off your sleeves please pull it out, Fulani slave or any other crap, as long as we get our infrastructures and you get to pay.. you are free to get mad with your words, afterall we know you are just emotional and not seeing the bigger picture

Look, just tell me you are half Northerner and half Yoruba, that would make sense
What has the petrodollar done for either North or SW? If not drag the citizens into a cycle of poverty and misery and very old glory
the poverty data from oxford shows SW is fairing good and its all thanks to petrol dollars, Makinde stated his plans and 80% are going to be sponsored by petrodollars allocation..

go to parks at okelewo, iworoad, ojota and all and see influx of northerners and southeasterners into Yoruba land, see how they come, and kindly see the returning trips part and see how they left... even agbero drives a camry this is the kind of prosperity I want for my people

These are all crumbs
Don't forget the ridiculous loan collected
The 2 million barrel per day, how many cups of oil is ur portion?
Lagos Ibadan expressway is going to take 8 years.
lol

you still don't get it, tie the revenue on debt, leverage the GDP on credit, leverage the debt to yourself and thats a smart move, all major roads in southwest have works done, Lagos Ibadan express is reaching advance stage as I use it frequently and good thing is FDI keeps increasing in southwest, unemployment reducing, tax income increasing ... only men who gets the bigger picture are Tinubu, Fashola and Osinbajo.. to some extent Amosun and they are all playing that game right

Politics › Re: Pictures Of Bandits Roaming The Streets Of Katsina Fully Armed-photo by solmus: 3:35pm On Jun 11, 2020
when you see threads where I support arming Amotekun, then you might get the bigger picture... everyone in this selfish country is pushing for power and we are too.. southeast governors having a similar amotekun would had being a power move but they aint pushing hard enough

Supan:
Well, I enjoy the banter too.

2023 is still very far. Doesn't this picture alarm you? You think Buhari/ fulani will give power to any southerner again? It's not about yoruba presidency.

Before you get that, you may have been forced out of your land and killed too by these marauders.

It's about speaking out when it matters most.

Even after Abacha died... MKO outlived him, but they were so determined that a southerner won't get it... they also poisoned the man.

Think well.

With all your preaching about how violent the north is, u still want to rule over them, even when they kill thousands?
Are you not the one with an issue?
a good adage says ti owo omode ko ba ti te eku ida, aki bere iku to pa baba ani... roughly translated to: if a child hasn't gotten the murder weapon used on his father, its fruitless throwing tantrums..

the fight is on, its about 2.5million barrels of crude oil per day, its about infrastructural drive, economic properity and using what you have to get what you want... right now unless SouthWest get atleast 2000 megawatt more in power station and connect Ibadan through 3 more state in standard guarge, then we haven't really gotten what we want

There is no where in the north I haven't lived so leave all this long story ,the north has always had fanatics especially in places like Kano but never this level of insecurity
that was what we all said during Jos crisis and many crisis during Obasanjo, but inseciurity increased with jonathan and now with buhari it seem at its current all time high.. and I bet when Tinubu or the next Yoruba man takes over situation would keep getting worse, as population keep increasing with less resources and more famers turn bandits
