I'm still waiting for AL after completing more than 8 applications before Easter. I guess it's because I applied to NC courses. Please Biochemistry people how are you people doing it? It seems most of the related courses are restricted. Has anyone come across any "open" biology/nature or health related MSc courses? Except Biological Resources in Rhine. I don't mind putting in one more application...

An attestation of birth issued by National Population Commission.... But first you need to go to the highcourt and get an affidavit of age /birth declaration sworn by the head of your family (dad/mum).Then, take it to National Population Commission office, where they will issue you the Attestation of birth certificate.

If I may ask, I was born 1993 and I have a birth certificate from the hospital. Do I need to worry about NPC certificate?
