It's just days away until my Xiaomi Redmi 5 arrives and I still don't know if I'll be able to operate that phone.
I've been following discussions here for some weeks now and I still don't know much about that phone .
I only ordered that phone based on testimonies I read here on NL.
Please, can someone just tell me how to go about operating that phone as soon as I get it?

It's dependent on the officials at your local post office. A friend that bought a phone was charged 1k and eventually paid #500 after a serious begging. Lol
The Max they can charge is 1k for a phone cos it's not weighty.

So I ordered this pouch on AliExpress on 18th of July for my redmi 5 plus (the phone hasn't arrived when I ordered for it), the shipping was free through China small packet, and I was called from the post office this morning to come for it. The date on it states 3rd of August though. I was asked to pay #100.

Less than 3weeks, impressive considering the fact that the shipping is free and untrackable.
