The man deserves it, any man that raises his hand on a woman is a fool. As for the woman, she should accept the divorce. Just 3yrs of marriage and they already want to kill each other, only God knows what will happen later. Plus it's obvious the man is nolonger inlove with her, it would be frustrating to remain married to such a person. Divorce is the best option.
