What is the size of the compound? Did they inform you about the quantity of cement required before they started the work?
No. They only said lets start with 250 bags. Then, we bought another 100.

Sometimes,no oftentimes, the most religious people are the most despicable human beings you would come across.

They would pray fervently and sing passionately now and go and say vile things and commit atrocities the next moment without an iota of guilt.

Funny enough, they will never admit they are wrong. I have worked closely with " men and women of God" in the last ten years ranging from Pastors ,gospel artists to prophets and evangelists....at this juncture I just prefer to keep them very far away from me.

Most of them are selfish, nasty, mean, vile, jealous, greedy, proud, arrogant, feel entitled and of course promiscuous and so on and so forth.
You are a wise person. Don’t mind them. Na me fit all of them.

I don't know the size of your building, and overlo😒
ading can caused what happened. If you are using a single phase distribution board, it means all load will be on a phase and it can overloading if the size and the rating of the main breaker is lower than the internal load.
If you change to 3-phase distribution board it means all load will be distributed on the the 3-phase .

Again the breaker might be inferior too because there a lot of fake breakers in the market theses days.

I received a call from a client this week Wednesday telling me that they have issue on a yellow phase. The breaker has already melted and the cable has started burning. We visited and check what happened, on getting to the estate we discovered all breakers are fake and the rating of the breaker is not up to what was written on the breaker. We brought a new breaker and change the breaker that got burnt. Now we about 17 breakers in the estate of panel . They even use Schneider breaker bought from Alaba.

So, you might need to check the breaker very well too.

Thanks
.
Thanks for the response. How much is the best 3 phase db?

The quantity of cement to be used depends on the sqm of the total job... If they've already used 350 bag then what they have already covered should be more than 750 sqm..

You dont know how the law works. The employer is not the prosecutor. It is the state. It is a criminal case. The employer only reported to the police. It is the duty of the police to charge or not charge to court based on available evidence.

You were not there. You dont know what evidence police were presenting in court. You dont know the investigation they carried out. Sometimes, cases get stuck because witnesses fail to show up. They keep adjourning the case.

If your lawyer can convince the court prosecutor is not diligent, they throw the case away, not because he is not guilty but for lack of diligence. There is nothing like power play with the employer here. Thats not the business of the judge. Court dont work like that
Where did you see me blaming the employer?

Also, was it the police that reminded him a correctional facility?

This was a bill I was given to fill my foundation below. Is this cost correct?

"For the filling sand. The laterite sand (red filling sand), we need 35/ 38 trips. A trip here is 120k but I got only one person who agreed 110k a truck owner.
The workmanship I'm yet to see. I want to use Hausa boys which will be cheaper than our people"
It depends on the state and size of truck.
In the east, a truck of red soil/laterite is 50k .

You are only partially correct. That they could not prove it beyond reasonable doubt that he stole doesnt mean he didnt steal it. You cant prosecute the police because they lost. They presented what they assumed was a sufficient evidence but the Judge didnt agree. No crime was commited by the police or the employer. They cant judge their own case and they didnt take laws into thier own hands. They approached the court .

Are you people saying everytime the police lose a case in court, it means they are criminals and should be sued?
If you were an incorruptible Judge in Nigeria, would you ignore the dynamics of power between the employer and the accused in this case? It is clear that the prosecution knowingly relied on false information and ignored exculpatory evidence on purpose. This exactly is the point. In fact they acted maliciously based on self interest. No due process was followed, what happens to investigation before prosecution? The only evidence they have was false testimony from the a bitter employer who might not even be missing any inverter.

Usual not in Civil Cases (between individuals) but with the State.

The State will compensate you in those cases they erred while you will need to sue the Individual that erred.

He should just sue his former employers
Theft is not a civil case.

Something tells me he's not entirely innocent... Maybe the employer no just get power to continue the case

Just a haunch
Please don’t approach issues in this manner to avoid getting yourself in trouble.

Where there is no evidence, there is no case. You cannot build something from nothing.
In law, the burden of proof is on the plaintiff to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt.

In this specific case, because an inverter was missing does not automatically mean that the defendant stole it.

Yea, definitely, you must seek jamb to get your profile during ijmb, jupeb, nabteb. (just like a bvn) Not necessarily writing it(jamb) to pass. Just like Noun too(open university), you will be required to take jamb just to have a profile of you. Not like you are writing the jamb exam. The matriculation board is the headquarters for anything admission.

I understand everything about dem.

The surest thing is to take two(2) of those programs, then write jamb also. Atleast one of dem will come for you.
But it is against the rules to write Jamb while also applying through the direct entry process. If discovered , you might lose both chances.

There is something I would like to know. In the justice system, who is given preference in a case like this, Is it the victim, the nation or the people?

This position could have been out of considerations for the ripple effects of its unintended consequences. However, justice they say is blind and should not take into account any other factors, than remedy for the victim.

Let me do it for you:

77,000/250 = 308 eggs
18,000/30 = 600 eggs

₦18,000 buying almost twice what your ₦77,000 is currently buying

Oga, stop being clever by half, and tell us what the prices were in 2016, simple

Imagine comparing mortgage and gas payments, knowing that one is practically fixed in nature and the other Nigerians were being subsidized for donkey years living fake life..... I mean it's crystal clear you people really think everyone needs to switch of their brains because we want criticse without being analytical.

Going back to eggs and using AI to try and have an unbiased discussion:

a dozen in Nigeria in 2016 was at worst $1.4

a dozen in Nigeria in 2026 is at worst $2.12

Notice the global co-relation.
Nigerians were living fake life and they did not die nor complain, e reach Tinubu turn, he introduced the authentic life that has turned the middle class into beggars.
You disagreed with the mortgage example, like it is not government policy that regulates and protects the 30 years fixed rate model. What is stopping APC from doing the same in Nigeria?

Which country in the world does not have one form of subsidy or another. In the use US, health, agricultural produce, housing for the elderly and indigent population etc are all subsidized . The only subsidy enjoyed by the common man in Nigeria, was the first thing this Administration looted. How has the subsidy removal translated to improve the life of the common man? Instead, what we see is a single individual with a convoy of over 100 exotic vehicles.
Since you are very good with analytics, now consider this too . . .
In 2016; the minimum wage in Nigeria was #30k which was $75 (at #400 to $1).
Fast forward to 2026 and despite inflation, even the #75k which is $51 (#1400 to $1) increased minimum wage by APC is very disgraceful due to their so called currency stabilization. It is the common workers that are being shortchanged and always at receiving end by the useless policy.

Continue to defend them while they shave your hair from behind.

In this world, trust no one except yourself. A few people might wish you well and have good intentions for you but cannot guide themselves from letting your secrets slip out.
Some might disappoint you due to circumstances beyond their control. Say for instance, someone gave a family member money to keep for until they need it . Say their child gets sick, and they don’t have money for hospital, do you think they will not spend out of that money?

It is absolutely mind-blowing to see these price tags! The architecture is stunning, but I can only imagine what the maintenance and utility bills must look like for properties of this scale. It really puts into perspective the lifestyle of the ultra-wealthy.

Personally, I think I would prefer something a bit cozier, but these are certainly fascinating to look at. Thanks for compiling this list—it’s a great window into a completely different world.
Let’s assume for the sake of discussion, that someone who owns a $10M mansion would have $10M in other investments.
At 10% per annum, the yield on that amount is about $1M
$1M is enough to fund that lifestyle and still have some change. Once you cross certain income threshold, your life will become much easier and less of all those worries about bills.
Most times all you will think about is where to put money in to secure your future.
