There is an existing road network from Lagos to Benin to Warri to PH to Calabar.

There are over 50 bridges from Warri to PH alone. Most parts of the road are reinforced because of the swampy terrain.
Imagine the cost of executing a parallel Coastal Road that would be closer to the Atlantic coast.
Yes the coastal highway has some benefits, but definitely it should not be our priority, considering the humongous cost.

Fuel and Gas is only transported from NNPCL to marketers or from Dangote to marketers...

That being said, the refineries that is functional does not transport fuel rather, fuel is transported from Lagos to different states including your eastern states. For marketers like AARano to retail to your tribesmen. Point is, NNPCL refines crude from overseas and transport the finished goods to sell in Nigeria.

That doesn't relate to your initial claims about the coastal highway.

Again, which eastern state is a field operation for PMS?

Do you even understand what operations means? Operations does not mean transportation of products.
Operations means finance, maintenance and servicing , HR, marketing, healthcare, supply chain, logistics, security etc. All these are coordinated with Lagos office and somehow needs to be delivered to the field offices in the south south

Still can't justify the rationale behind this very expensive Coastal Highway, when we can use a little fraction of the money to maintain the already existing roads linking Lagos to Calabar.

The main purpose is to have easy road access to south south crude oil without the rigor of traveling through the SE states . It a “sophisticated “ political maneuver.

After the construction, the SE can go ahead and have their own country, no one will care as long as the oil is still accessible.

Another thing is the TPH process. Did you know that the Iron that is used in forming blood can only be produced in the presence of an enzyme called Erythropoietin which is made in the renal cortex ? Once the kidney is bad, the renal cortex is damaged and malfunctionbecomes eminent. So, Iron cannot be produced. Consequently, the person becomes anemic. These is coupled with the other toxic molecules mentioned earlier.
