will Lagos be the one to go and develop ports in other region or is Lagos stopping any region from building a port facility? The last I checked, the lekki port is a collaborative effort btw the state govt and Chinese investors and currently the Lagos state govt is also looking for investors for the badagry sea port which have been granted license.
