just because you had a bad experience about it doesn’t mean other ls can’t succeed…fish farming is one of the most lucrative farming business, and I know several people that have made mad money from it and built houses. Though they have had years of experience and now big time farmers….just learn the ropes, and also importantly focus on a segment of it, some are into hatching, some processing to dried, so it all depend on want you want to achieve.

you can start with as low as 100k, but the following must have been put in place. Pond and a functional water system because you have to change there water if not daily but aleast every two day, and most importantly, you water must be very good, free of iron but it advisable you test your water ph before stocking your pond. But note that the 100k is just for starting oo. Fish feed is still the most expensive and depending on the number you are stocking in your pond, you will spend money on feed expecially when the getting to 4week old but in summary you will need enough capital to sustain them.
