Oil is now 500k a year. If the suspension is Ok and the gear, maintenance is lower than the estimate.

Oil quality and oil change duration, inefficient and ineffective cooling are the most common causes of failure of turbos, FOD (foreign object damage) cause turbo failure too.

These three factors are the major causes of failure of turbo. Fuel quality may cause it but its not as common as these three factors. Learn to research properly before speaking.



Pro tip for turbo car owners:
When you drive for a long distance, or after performing a spirited driving and you arrived at your destination, DO NOT JUST immediately switch off your car, doing this is called HOT STOP and would create HEAT SPOTS, its harmful for the turbo and the health of the engine itself, instead, 2-5mins before you get to your destination, reduce your hard spirited driving or ease off on the driving gradually, then park at your destination, still allow the car to idle for 2-3minutes to allow oil and coolant flow thru the turbo and the engine. This will aid proper uniform cooling of the engine, prevent coking, and cooking of the oil. Doing this will prolong he life of your engine and turbos.
