Ever since Prof Zulum ascended de seat of Governor, he has been putting most public servants in Borno on their toes, the other time he paid an unscheduled visit to a public school as early as 6am and met one IBO lady teacher who was the only person on ground, he instantly promoted her on the spot to head teacher and gave her cash award( as God would have it, she had been stagnated for years) Similarly, he paid another visit to a hospital, and met no doctor on ground at mid night, immediately the Chief medical director and doctor on call were reprimanded. This is a Governor who sneaks into IDP camps to access the activities going on. Despite our huge population. Nigeria still has the least defence compared to most countries in sub-sahara Africa. Even small Chad has more weapons than Nigeria. We need any form of defence we get our hands on. Some of us want our country to prepared for any future eventualities.
