Thanks for the feedback guys. I had L-8.5, R- 7.5, W- 7, S-7, but then I actually received ITA at the last draw with a CRS of 450 but on the ITA there was a section that said you should decline your invitation if 'Your language test scores have expired or upon re-taking tem, the scores are lower'
Both results are less than 2years old. So I guess this does not apply to me.
Etfash: Like somebody posted earlier, both can still be valid IF none is older than two years. But then, an overall score of 7 can produce a better CRS score than an overall score of 7.5. It has a lot to do with the distribution of your scores across the modules. So, do you mind letting us in on the distribution of your scores in each test? |

Hi Guys, Just a quick question. I had an overall score of 7.5 the first time I sat for the IELTS in bid to increase my CRS. I took the test again and unfortunately my points dropped to 7. Is my first IELTS still valid or must I use the most recent result which will further drop my CRS? Thanks. |

mozo: Well if you state in your application that you are married, although you applied alone. and then you go on to get your PR.. It will even be easier for your husband to come join you over there..Considering of course, all the right documents are in place. Thanks Mozo, yeah I stated in my application that I am married and also have POF to cover the family. |

Hi Guys,
I applied for the EE alone because my husband was not keen on sitting for the IELTS and getting a ECA. My question is, if I eventually get ITA and PR would it be easy for him to join me later? If yes, under what program can one file for a spouse as a permanent resident? |

sophisticat: Hi Guys,
I have been following this forum for a while now and I must say it has been really helpful. I am currently swimming in the pool and hoping the score drops some more.
I need a bit of advise thou, is a printed online bank statement acceptable by CIC? Reason I ask is that I plan to use my account in the UK as part of my proof of funds but I am currently based elsewhere. Would an online statement fly? @ JesusDWay & Solomonwis, I would really appreciate your torts on my question above. @ Zandora, can you please shed more light on the list of documents CIC requested from you when you received your ITA? you mentioned they requested a letter from your bank listing all your accounts and their start dates. |
