Good morning all pls all receiving invites are u all currently working in a bank or u have banking experience.

Good morning all,I tink d interview is in batches tho but am not sure,have not gotten my invite yet and I also have 2yrs experience in customer care.I guess those dat did d interview early are d one been called now,cos I went in 4my own interview very late and pple after mi dat I collected deir numbers have not been called yet.so let's see how its goes sha

Yeah u can go infact u guys dat can speak 2 or more languages sef have upper hand dan us dat can speak one because I heard dat stanbic specifically told dem 2languages and I also heard dat we dat can speak just one language will be moved to diamond bank but don't know how tru dat is ooooooo

Sorry for not replying since,d interview was very short and brief.d guy interviewed mi based on my call centre experience and he said dat dey will get back to us to kum for d test,one of d questions dat he asked mi was d functions of a call centre agent and why do most organistions have call centres offce.and also wat will I regard as an excellent customer service if I was a customer.most of d questions he asked mi were based on d experience I had sha and I told him dat its only yoruba I can speak.
