They Are Already Dying Before Buhari.

Saying Things or mocking the dead is not an activity I like to engage in but there is obviously something to learn from this. Death can knock on anybody's door at any point in time regardless of age.

Tell Ayo Fayose that the Benue State Comm, for Rural Development, Chief Aondowase Chia who described Buhari as "quarter to go" died yesterday. He was middle aged.
RIP to the dead.
PoliticsAondowase Chia Is Dead (Benue Commissioner For Rural Development) by Soskid(op): 7:57am On Mar 05, 2015
The Benue State Commissioner for Rural Development and Cooperatives, Mr. Aondowase Chia, slumped and later died in the hospital.

Chia is the second commissioner in the ministry to die in office under the administration of Governor Gabriel Suswam.

Atorto Girgi, an indigene of Ushongo Local Government Area of the state, as the ministry’s commissioner, died in active service over three years ago.

Chia died at about 6.30am at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi.

The Chief of Staff to the Governor, Prof. Saint Gbilekaa, who led members of the state executive council on a sympathy visit to the family of the deceased in Makurdi, the state capital, described the death as sad and very unfortunate.

General Muhammadu Ilufemiloye Chukwuemeka Buhari is hale and hearty. What shall it profit PDP and its online goons to peddle falsehood against the people's General when Nigerians have already decided. No amount of propaganda can change our mind. GEJ must return to Otuoke. I say no to a President who doesn't give a damn about his people.

oziegbe2015:
Remember the statement of andrew azazi when he said pdp is boko haram. He died few days after that statement. When pdp makes claims to buhari and others as responsible for their wores i just laugh. They compare nigeria case to syria, egypt, afghanistan etc. But in reality our case is quite different. The above countries are constitutionally recognised as islamic nations. And as such we do know the different sects exist in islam the shites (ordinary muslims) and extremists(sharia) it is reasonable to see a clash between both sect for supremacy because naturally islam is recognised and imbedded in their constitution. Their is bond to be a fight as to which sect should be superior to the other. In other islamic states where you find no clash, it is obviously so because the extremists have not decided to want to claim superiority. In nigeria we are not suppose to be talking about islamists because first it is alien to us. Nigeria is constitutionally a free secular country for all, no religion is endorsed over the other. In the 36 states the constitution didnt endorse any religion as lord over the other. During obasanjo tenure PDP tenure, because obj was seeking cheap popularity among the north, he resolved to use the tool of religion to get it. Sharia was given in islam and is believed to be the core and peak of islam, but it remains and has to be implemented to be practised. Obj and pdp aided by MUAZU(PDP current chairman) and sherima implemented sharia in full. That breed monsters and brought the believe in those who wanted to pratice sharia to the core to believe it can be approved for them nationwide and in all northern states. That is what boko haram is agitating for today and they belief they can force their beliefs to be accepted too. Pdp and their president were looking for cheap popularity for election and didnt care about the consequences it would take in the future
On point

Too many lies against Buhari

By Adeleke Sodiq Olalekan
27/12/2014, 04:45pm

Tell no lies, claim no easy victory... Amilcar Cabral.
This polemic is not to sing anybody's praise but to leave history undistorted. A distorted fact is not too good for a society for the fact that it will serve as a point of reference for some people later.

Am not afraid of anybody's ax but please be factual.

1. Buhari will islamize Nigeria

Some mischievous elements have been peddling falsehoods that the people's general is planning to tamper with the secular nature of the country to make it an islamic state when he emerges as the president. Buhari had ample opportunity to achieve this when he ruled the country as a military dictator for almost 2 years but he never did. Mind you, this is a new dispensation and I believe such agenda will not see the light of the day should he have such motive. Have you ever thought of the bureaucratic procedures a president has to follow to achieve this? Have you thought of the stiff opposition that would greet such gesture?

2. Buhari will infect Nigeria with his wretchedness.

Nigeria is that country where we celebrate depravity and subject uprightness to outright condemnation. General Buhari is not wretched but he is only a poor man in the Nigerian context. As a public office holder in Nigeria, you are expected to amass more than enough money and subject the rest of the country to agony. Your failure to steal money will attract the tag 'abnormal' to your name.
It is very true that General Buhari had numerous opportunities to register his name in the list of richest men in Africa but he never deemed it necessary. people like Buhari are rather celebrated in saner climes where people see politics not as a money making enterprise. I believe Nigeria will attain that height in the shortest of time if we vote for the right people. Buhari will rather infect Nigeria with his uprightness!!!

3. "Buhari is too old"
The same set of people told us in 2011 that Nuhu Ribadu was too young to lead Nigeria. Is this not double standard? Well, I prefer an old man with vision to a clueless young man.
Moreover, Ronald Reagan emerged as American president at approximately 70 years and ruled the country for 8 years from 1981- 1989. He left office when he was 78 years of age. Even our own Mandela became the president of south Africa at the age of 75.

4. "Buhari is a religious bigot"
Well, you probably need to revisit your history textbook if you are one of those people who believe Buhari is a religious bigot. Check the composition of his ministers and governors when he ruled Nigeria for 20 months between jan 1984- August 1985. Moreover, he would not have picked a christian as a running mate if he was actually a religious bigot.

Let me end it here for now as I have personal issues to attend to at the moment.
