I got from a source that if you didn't pick uniben as first choice of institution before the UTme exam and there after went for change of institution where you at filled in uniben as first choice there is no admission for you no matter the score.

How true is this??

Did you ask the source how uniben would get to know you did not pick them initially ?

I was at the cafe today to do mine (cause my middle name was used as the first name ). I met a young man there, and he said that "correction of name is not going through, that I should wait until I gain admission before it can be corrected".

how true is this?....
cause I'm not satisfied with what he said before it's too late.

You can't do correction of name on your own, only at CBT centers or Jamb office. Only change of institutions can be done at home
