I applied for the technology and innovation internship and I've done an interview that consisted of HR and business interview and a presentation.

They said they'll be getting back in two weeks.

IELTS isn’t equivalent to DELF..
IELTS is equivalent to TEF and TEF examination is 200k valid for thesame 2years as IELTS..

DELF is valid for life but it’s only recognized in France and other francophone countries.
You also do not write DELF at ones.. you have DELF A1.. A2.. B1.. B2.. etc..
DELF is a diploma certification.

Always do a little bit of research before posting so you don’t mislead people!

As for the mode that moved this to front page, I have no words for you!

Imagine this. The government spends billions subsidizing education for you all, free primary school, free secondary school, cheap universities(compared to other countries) in the hope that when you graduate, you will advance the country but you want to travel out (japa) with all the financial commitments the government have done for you and you still expect this same government to make it easy for you to travel out?

Imagine you spend money sending a woman/man to school thinking when done two of you can marry and be happy but alas, the person falls in love with someone else and says you are below his/her standard but still expects you to foot the wedding bill.

Or you as MD spends money training staff and the staff decides to just up and leave yet expects you to pay for transportation to the new firm.

The Nigerian government owes you nothing in this IELTS fight.

Genuine ones yes.
Best way to travel is through school because it's very straightforward and with low hitches provided you carefully comply with each steps along the way.

Keep money for school fees sha and pile your account or do fate account piling for them to believe that you have money and will not be a burden to them when you come over. These will have them believe that you are just there to study at your own expense.


Good luck to everyone on a mission to Japa out of this messed up country, its worth it.

Man. In MSF, salaries are already fixed. There is nothing to negotiate regarding salary. Its a take it or leave it.

as written on the advert. Then know about fleet management, Vehicle maintenance and staff travel policies concerning fleet scalling.

The questions you will be asked are mostly essays on situations and how you resolve those issues from your experience.

Most times, what they are looking for is how you can think on your feet and also your written communication skills.

The test was taken in their office and immediately after the test we proceeded for Interview for those that passed the test.

its more of basic questions. Simple maths, English and some Health education things. I cant remember much though. I dont know if it is same for every role. I remember I used an online practice site "myjobtests" or so. It was helpful for me. Never heard back, so I just 4get the thing

Just like any NGO Job , it majorly depends on your experience and how you can sell yourself.

Convince them about how you are a good fit based on your previous experiences.

Don't forget to charge them too oh.
