safarigirl:Na wa for you o. How can you even suggest such? Number 1 is that their evictions would mean less SADC housemates in the finals, making it easy for them to unite under one last surviving SADC contender and push him/her to victory. Number 2 is that Mam Bea and Trezagah are both in that team. Did you spare a thought for what could happen if Tayo, Mam Bea, Goitse, Sheillah and JJ all came up and the HOH decided to add Macky2 to the list of nominees? Where Tayo's votes go come from kwanu? I bet you're unaware of the fact that he'd be on his way out if such a scenario ever played out. Haba. Don't let your emotions inspire your decisions. You should try and think these things over sometimes. |
Wait, is it true Nhlanhla was gossiping about Samantha a few minutes ago? |
dynamitee:Just add your NL name to it, like Dynamitee Something-Something. |
safarigirl:Tayo's case is a very tricky one, because, while he was besties with Esther, he's not exactly great with Ellah. While he's buddies with Sheillah, he's not the best of pals with Goitse. What he has with Frankie is fake friendship, because that guy bears a lot of resentment for him. He's friends with Trezagah, but we don't know for sure how long that would last. So, my suggestion is, ignore the house and strategize outside. Let's do that bridge-building outside with their respective countries. Dillish and Bimp constantly nominated each other, but Namibia was also in an alliance with Ethiopia, so they kept supporting each other. Frankie's Rwandan fans appear willing to partner with us, and let's also not rule out Botswana - Keep them close atleast. Same goes for Ghana. Just ignore the dynamics in the house and strike deals with their respective fans. As for the Facebook: Okay, I dey come. Make I go create ID, cuz we can't have friends, colleagues and family finding out I watch BBA ![]() |
decanta:LOL! But you and 'Oshogbo' na from the same place o! (Anambra) ![]() |
ochon:Yes oh, but Bros, Wendall wasn't 'compensated' oooo! Wendall won as a result of the flawless brilliance of the Zimbabweans that season. I know what I'm saying. I was a quiet observer of the Facebook pages right from the sidelines in 2011. The same wisdom they applied is what I've been trying to convince us into using here, but it hasn't been very successful. These Zimbos would observe the nominees every week, take note of the disadvantaged ones, and then, VOTE for them. So, in the end, when the housemate crashed out with just the home country and Zimbabwe as votes, the home country would show gratitude to Zimbabwe by voting Wendall. These guys voted Malawi, Uganda and even Nigeria that season. They were the most brilliant that year. Luclay fans still can't work out what hit them that year. |
ochon:Melvin didn't fall out with any region or housemate, but he didn't build a special bond with any, either - so, when the chips were down, those countries went for their 'besties'. Elikem was hated in Tanzania and Botswana, but LOVED in Zimbabwe. Uti was hated in Zimbabwe and South Africa, but LOVED in Kenya and Uganda. Dillish and Namibia were hated by SADC for their constant butt-licking of EA and West Africa, but strongly supported by It's about PICKING a side and running with it, regardless of the number of toes you step on; regardless of the number of enemies you make. Melvin just wanted to be 'cool' with everybody, played safe and acted tortured whenever he was called in to nominate. He didn't burn any bridges, but he didn't build much either. Real G's POLARIZE viewers ![]() |
kgr28:Dude, are you really 23 years old like you said? Cuz you look 54, and from your posts, you sound 12. What a paradox! |
dominique:I know. I said it the night the nominees were officially announced, but some peeps kept voting Trezagah "because he's Tayo's only friend in that house". I really tire. As for that clown in charge of Tayo's page, I've given up on the chap. Not even the posters take the admin seriously these days. I visited that page and found out some of the fans don even begin dey para on that sleepy head admin. |
safarigirl:And where would you like it to fall, exactly? ![]() |
ochon:SADC can't amount to a shot glass of early morning piss in competitions with fair regional representation, like sayyyyy... Football ![]() They get served real hard all the time. Imagine a show tagged Big Brother "AFRICA" where they make up almost 50 percent of the total voting blocs, yet they still shhitt their pants over Nigeria. *sigh* Inferiority Complex, e no go better for you. |
So, Safarigirl, do you still insist on voting Trezagah ahead of strategic decisions? ![]() |
safarigirl:The name of the page should simply be "TAYO FANIRAN". Nothing extra. No bullshhiit. For good measure, though, uppercase letters would be nice. |
So, Samantha kept laughing as Nhlanhla was making a fool of Idris. To her, it's all a joke; but had it been Tayo in Nhlanhla's place, "he meant it"? Cool beans, yo. |
ninnyanny:But it's true! |
I think Mr. 265 is the real 'Head of House'. |
I think a bowling ball was surgically fitted into Mr. 265's head. It's so unreal! |
lumeviewscom:EA too! And Rwanda is about to come to that realization, but sadly, Naija isn't cashing in on this apple (Rwanda) wey just land for our laps. Frankie's admin has visited Tayo's page twice now, begging for votes; but unfortunately, the voters are more interested in voting Trezagah as a result of his friendship with Tayo, forgetting this same Mozambique didn't give a fhuck about Luis' relationship with Mira when they voted Macky2 instead of their 'in-law'. |
safarigirl:I'm a god ![]() safarigirl:Ehen! See as you assign me number 1, come stylishly dodge and exclude yourself from admin duties ![]() I can't find your name on that list ooo. Ginizikwa? To be honest though, availability is my major problem, and that might make me kinda ineligible for the admin duties, since I'm hardly ever available during working hours. The minor posts you see from me in the afternoons, happen when I'm phone-posting or just stopping by to check NL for updates. Save for the above mentioned periods, na only during weekends engagements dey give me small breathing space to be a really active BBA viewer. However, if there was some way we could contact @Amchizzy (she happens to be a very active viewer and tweeter even on weekdays), it would be cool. |
tatiana009:In terms of outreach, we could meet bloggers, Laurasboxx (this one seems to be a BBAddict) and Laila to at least refer some of their readers to the page. |
safarigirl:Oya now. Let @DeeDahkDutchess market the Facebook page link on Twitter ![]() |
safarigirl:The "Friends of Tayo Faniran #BBA" page is even worse. I just opened it, and all I could see was "King Tayo" this and "King Tayo" that. 290 people. What a crowd. |
I'm so pissed Tayo, Samantha and Nhlanhla are in the same group. I really would have loved to have Samantha up for possible eviction. |
decanta:Well, fhuck that shhiit. After the failure that was that campaign team, their phones and laptops should have been confiscated ![]() |
I swear, that admin needs to take serious lessons from Frank Em (Uti Nwachukwu's admin during AllStars) on how to run a successful campaign. This person just dey sleep, wake up, go to BB Site, Press Ctrl+C, go back to Tayo's page, press Ctrl+V, and go back to sleep. Every Monday, na to come tell us the person wey (s)he personally dey vote. No consultations with fans, no fan polls, no Facebook-Twitter synergy. Nothing. From the much I know, it's possible to also appoint some other members as admins; so how come this person just comes on Monday to tell us his/her decision without even carrying the fans along? Maaaaan, Tayo no get campaign team. Period. |
tatiana009:That page will end up like 'Friends of Melvin Oduah.' Watch this space. |
I have said it before - Tayo does NOT have a fan page. Period. That page on Facebook with +3000 members and his name on it, can't be called his fanpage. Rather, it's a "Siddon Look" page where the page manager(s) just repost stories from the BB site and call it a day, instead of strategizing and campaigning right. |
safarigirl:I'd advise Idris to avoid Goitse too, because she's a total time-waster. To be frank, Goitse has nothing going for her. And don't be fooled by this recent show of half-assed affection from the girl. Being up for possible eviction this coming week, she's now on the hunt for a potential hook-up just to boost her profile and earn her votes. She wasn't happy when Idris won the HOH either, as she hoped it would be Frankie. Honestly... Goitse ain't worth a damn. |
barcanista:Nah. I doubt. From a distance, a shotgun blast causes a 'shrapnel-like' damage. You'd have to come close to your target to make a single hole; but then, in the case of a human head, a close-range shot would practically blow it apart. I have a feeling this is a close-range shot from a Glock-17 with Winchester 115gr ammunition. |
Oh, and by the way, @14, @Safarigirl.... I first saw the Freeze task 8 years ago - Big Brother Nigeria. Biggie assigned special songs to each housemate, and whenever he played it, the housemate would run to the dancefloor and dance until the song was over. ...and immediately afterwards, "FREEZE!" - the entire house would fall silent ![]() I can't remember all the songs assigned to all the housemates, but I remember: "Always On My Mind" by Styl-Plus - Katung "Tolo Tolo" by Sunny Neji - Ebuka |
lumeviewscom:LOL. I don't use "faggott" in the literal sense most of the time, so it wasn't about his sexual orientation. Guy, look at Ellah's face. That girl is wasted right now, and there ain't no truth serum more effective than alcohol. I think she really wants Frankie. |
By the way... . . . . . Frankie is such an iidiot. Are you guys watching the rubbish he's doing right now as he's quizzed by Ellah over his feelings? For goodness sake, mumu, the girl wants you to tell her you like her, because she feels you've been leading her on. Don't be a dullard. Set this P, faggott! ![]() |
