Mariarocks: I love Elikem but that guy no fit reach finale. if he survives this week and wins HOH next week, he is safe for 2 weeks and the risk of hoping he will come up the week after is too much to take. As a matter of fact, i'm hoping he exits this sunday with Nigeria's vote or if not, the following sunday so that in the finale, Melvin go secure Ghana's vote. I don't see anyone thinking ahead. This game is almost over and with the kind of housemates still in the house, Melvin does not really stand a chance of winning because votes will be seriously split. That is why I want Oneal and/or Sulu/cleo in the finale to seriously injure Angelo's votes

I'm 6 ft 2; and last year, I used to weigh a miserable 143 lbs (65kg) - as in, SKELETON

But ever since I changed my diet and started lifting weights, running tracks and skipping (I started on July 2012), my weight has risen to a powerful 87kg!

I'm thinking of doing a Diary thread on how I went through it (I was fortunate enough to take pictures as I progressed)... But na when I'm less busy.

Nando only fine for face but the rest of im body na dulling, with dry chest, zero biceps and dangling side abdomen.

Melvin, on the other hand, is thoroughly fit. Not a single trace of fat or loose skin anywhere!

No pimples, no stretchmarks, no black spots, no shrunken legs.

He tells biggie about their storyline. he said that everybody is putting in just enough effort for the upcoming task and no one is lagging behind. He said his team's advantage is that they give each other listening ears and that they have actors in their team also that has been behind the camera and now what all these entails. And that it's an addded advantage. He doesn't think any particular member of his group will pose a threat to the other team but that they are collectively a threat to the other team. noname: Yes I read his tweets and they were very depressing and very sad. He tried to hold on to her, he was even on Nam TV saying that she is a good girl and he loves her and was at Multichoice for her interviews but from his tweets it is clear she has not taken him back. The guy is broken...I felt really bad for him too when I read his tweets.
