Hi Nairalanders,

I have been looking forward to reading this someday.
I need to understand about this clearly.

I buy shares but, i only bought it just to keep it there. Some weeks ago i decided to sell part of my shares in ZENITH which i bought in 2006 @ 17k thereabout. A friend told me to confirm how much it is in the secondary market before i ask the stockbroker to sell it.

Though, ZENITH has sent my dividends and also the certificate.

I understand the dividends is a cheque which i have to pay to my current account.

Please kindly advise me, do you think Zenith will appreciate?

Also, when is it likely that FIRST BANK will start its offer?

I appreciate you guys, if this is all we need to do to move this nation forward let us continue to do so.
