I attended Uniport and got admited in 1988 for Geological Science program. Then we were in choba park. nice place.
graduated in 1992 and subsequently did a masters in Uniben .

I was elected president of NASA in the class. ( Non Academic Student Association). I remember a day a visiting lecturer prof okeke from Futo noticed that there were three types of student in the class. first group is ( SABINUS) they claim to know everything,they tend to seat in the front row. the second group is refered as NON ALLIED, they dont want trouble, they contribute to the class, the last group NASA dont participate at all in the class.

prof okeke posed a geological question and pointed at me to answer. i dodged it pointing at someone else and he said to me you have to answer the question, i dodge again pointing at another student. he was so mad that he practically re-aranged the class from that day. all NASA group from now on must seat at the front row while Allied group retained their center row. sabinus taken to the back row.

I did answer it correctly.Today those lesssons my lecturers gave me now guide me here in my job.

Today i work in the States for a Defence Consultant for NASA space programme. Mars Lander and Mars Rover. Its amazing seeing these pictures streamimg from planet Mars every time i get to my office. God is great, its amazing to see what it looks over there.
My wish for Nigeria is for all to have such a programme where ethnic sentiment and geopolitical issue/ corruption will not hinder such.

i will be great full to laise with any Upie in the house.

you ve got to have faith. I studied geology in naija but currently working as a defence consultant with NASA in the US. If its something you love like i do its a great profession to be in. Everyday i now cherish God for his creations when i see pictures comming from planet mars from NASA mars Rover and Lander streaming to my office in the morning.

You will be amazed at the type of geologic structures there. you might start wondering if there are humans living there. From indications there is water but in frozen form. what happens when God command the planet to warm like the earth. you will expect micro organism including animals and human frozen spring up like mush rooms.

My brother keep the faith. check the oil sector, you can even go private by looking at soild mineral sector like rock quarrying for constructions, geotechnical consulting and so on.

You possibilities are endless.

Euro million, thanks for the advice. I think he is a frustrated man that cant make it like his colleagues overseas. instead of networking with others on this platforms to seek a way out, he tend to vent his anger on me. Silence is golden and thats the way to go.

Forum, How can Nigeria be divided according to the six geopolitical zones with becomming another Bosnia , Yugoslavia. we need suggestion whether good or bad suggestion. this will help articulate what next for us as nigerians.

Travelling to the USA is very easy only if you know what you are going for. is it legitimate of running away? what ever the case this can be done without paying through your nose and not having a visa for travel.
if you are for schooling, there very good option that most people can afford. you dont need to go to Harvard to get a visa. if it business there ways to go about it.

lets give good advice for our brothers and sisters here.

Recently I traveled on vacation to Jamaica and the bahamas from the USA. what I saw was something I am very proud to be a naija. infact everywhere I went in the Bahamas from nassau to Freeport people were watching my dear country's movies. I mean very serious watch them.

The same goes to jaimaca. At the Hotel in Montego bay, there was a dedicated channel for naija movies only in the country. I couldnt help but felt so relieved that irrespective of the bad image my nation have outside there we still something that others cherish.

Lets support our nation and look inward to make that nation greater than it is today.

I would like to say if any one has such experience share it here.
