I have my visa interview for next week. The appointment was booked in December, 2022. I put to birth August, 2023 and got a visa date for my baby for March, 2024. Will I be able to go in with my baby and get interviewed for his visa with mine? Note that I have to go with him since he is exclusively breastfed. I look forward to responses. Thank you

Go to UKVI website and look for how you can send a complaint. Fill the complaint form and make sure you give details from when you applied and timeline of the paid mails sent with their responses to your paid mails. Make sure you highlight how long since you did your biometrics.
Be polite yet firm stating you paid for a service and still haven't gotten value for the service after ...working days for a visa that should take 6 weeks.
This was what I did and I got collection mail in 24 hours with my visa having being issued 2 months prior.
Going to TLS didn't help even when UKVI asked me to go check my passport there with TLS claiming they haven't received it yet. But the complaint mail worked.

Yes i got the usual mail that its been tranferred to DMC et all.

Up till now, nothing yet even after sending paid mail.

I am withdrawing my application today.

Finally, my husband picked up his passport with two years visa today. Biometrics was done on 1st November 2021.

What date was it issued and when did he receive collection mail?
I am still waiting for collection mail after sending several paid mails, biometrics 25th of October, 2021.

Biometric at TLS Contact Victoria Island Lagos - Oct 14 2021.
Decision made: Nov 2021.
Paid email and phone calls to UKVI and follow up with the VAC.
No clear explanation for the delay.
Several escalation generic emails.

Finally;

Collection Pickup mail : 11 February 2022.

4th Visa Application - Most stressful process.

I tap into this.
Biometrics since 25th of October, 2021. I've sent several mails but it is like UKVI customer service don't know what is wrong.
I pray I receive collection mail soon.

I haven’t received mine yet. My sister and I submitted on the 25th of October. She got hers last week Friday. Hopefully I get mine this week.

Same situation with me. I applied with my husband on the 25th of October. He got his also on Friday. We called on Thursday and we were told a decision has been made on his and no decision on mine yet. We tracked on Friday and saw it has been transferred to VAC. He didn't even wait for mail and he was given when he went to TLS Ikeja.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for mine because we were supposed to travel together on Saturday.
