The CP is a blatant liar. So this is how these people deny killing of unarmed citizens? Protesters were shot last Wednesday and of which some of them died, I know of two. Even the governor recognized that in one of his speeches, yet the CP is here lying? It's so bad for a nation that has no value for human life... |

Era of forgery |
The leadership tussle of IPAC, Ebonyi State Chapter, has taken a more frightening dimension as Green Party of Nigeria and Mrs Ebere Sam Udogu accused IPAC and Mrs. Jennifer Adibe Nwafor of forgery of IPAC Code of Conduct. It was gathered that the plaintiffs had, on 22nd day of August, 2019, dragged Mrs. Adibe Nwafor , IPAC and three others to the Federal High Court in Abakaliki, seeking the following relief: 1, A declaration that the office of the chairman of Inter- Party Advisory Council, Ebonyi State Chapter, is vacant. 2, An order restraining the 3rd defendant from parading herself as the chairman of Inter- Party Advisory Council, Ebonyi State Chapter, having accepted a political appointment with the Government of Ebonyi State. 3, A declaration that all actions of the 3rd defendant as chairman of the 2nd defendant from the 14th day of November, 2018, when she took up an appointment with Ebonyi State government are null, void and of no effect. 4, An order compelling the 2nd and 3rd defendants to account for all monies received on behalf of the inter- party advisory council, Ebonyi State chapter. 5, An order compelling the 2nd and 3rd defendants to pay the plantiffs all monies due to them as members of 2nd planitif from 30th day of March 2019 till date, among other reliefs. However (a), (b) of the plaintiffs prayers have been over taken by event by the IPAC election which took place in December, 2019. In the suit no. FHC/AI/CS/40/2019, the 1st to 3rd defendants filed their respective defences, all bearing different versions of the IPAC Code of Conduct, 2019. In their defence, the defendants, particularly 1, 2 and 3, denied the claims of the plaintiffs and asserted that (1) the court has no jurisdiction to entertain the matter because, IPAC is not juristic person. And also that a condition precedent as enshrined in a purported revised IPAC Code of Conduct, 2019, bordering on alternative dispute resolution, was not followed. In view of the IPAC election, which held 2/12/2019, at INEC office in Abakaliki, the motion challenging the jurisdiction of the court was alleged to have been deliberately filed by the 1st-3rd defendants to arrest the proceedings of the court in order for the IPAC election to hold as the plaintiffs had gone to court seeking an interlocutory injunction restraining INEC from conducting/ supervising or using its office to conduct any election for the IPAC pending the determination of the suit. On the 10th of February, 2020, 1st to 3rd defendants filed a further affidavit. In that affidavit, they annexed another IPAC revised code of conduct in Nigeria (2019). Recall that this is the 3rd IPAC Code of Conduct in Nigeria (2019) the defendants is filling in the suit. The first Code of Conduct ended in page 40, the second code ended in page 38 while the 3rd ended in page 39 and a purported endorsement section of political parties tagged ” proposed revised Code of Conduct of political parties in Nigeria, 2019″ starting at page 44 and ending at page 51 allegedly signed by 82 political parties. The alleged document prompted INEC to raise counter affidavit asserting that the said purported IPAC Code of Conduct 2019 and the proposed signatories do not exist. This assertion by INEC was in confirmation of an earlier claim by the plaintiffs that the document was fraudulent and forgery. The matter is adjourned to 2nd March for continuation of hearing in federal high under Justice Aluko. https://orientdailynews.com/politics/ebonyi-ipac-crisis-deepens-as-green-party-alleges-fraud/

HE IS NOT A HERO BUT A BIRO! You believe that Dieziani stole and returned US$90Billion when Sowore was paid by buhari and APC to diseminate that lie of the century. Sowore damaged Dieziani's reputation and you clapped 2. You believed that Jonathan created Boko Haram and that Jonathan also kidnapped Chibok girls when APC paid Sowore to spread that propaganda. 3. You believed that Jonathan was the worst President of Nigeria when APC paid Sowore to blackmail Jonathan. 4. You praised buhari when he arrested and re-arrested Dasuki even though a court granted him bail and thanked Sowore's SaharaReporters for exposing Dasuki. Dasuki is still in detention this moment and nobody is actually talking about it, thanks to Sowore. 5. You praised buhari when ElZakzaky's children were killed along with hundreds of his followers, thereafter, ElZakzaky himself and his wife were brutalised, arrested, illegally detained and re-arrested after they have been granted bail. 6. You praised buhari when Oliseh Metuh was arrested and re-arrested and Sowore was the one publishing fake documents that indictated Chief Olisa. 7. You praised buhari when Dokpesi was arrested, intimidated, detained and his business almost destroyed just because his Media outfit ran a documentary on the real corrupt buhari before the election. 8. You believed Sowore, when ElRufai was using him to circulate the lies that Jonathan was arming and sponsoring Boko Haram because he was using them to kill our military personnels in order to remain as President. 9. You praised Sowore when he was paid by APC to use his Sahara Liereporters to destroy the already battered image of Nigeria by supplying CNN and BBC with fake and damaging stories of how Jonathan was at war with the North, thinking that he was destroying Jonathan and Patience Jonathan. 10. Your #RevolutionNow political lawyer (Falana) was APC Lawyer, and he interpreted the part of our constitution that gives buhari power, arbitrarily, without recourse to the principles of Separation of Powers, to sack Onnoghen as the CJN, which is the position of the Head of Judiciary, an independent arm of government that is completely separate from Presidency and with no link to buhari's office. If not that Falana is shameless, he will not be representing a criminal just because of mere re-arrest, when he actually worked tiredlessly to build the platform the president is using to re-arrest Nigerians today. So if I praise buhari now that he is doing his job as expected, what is wrong with that? Buhari is constant. There is no change in buhari's dictionary. Anyone that is complaining about buhari just because buhari is doing what he has been doing since 1960 till date needs to see a psychiatrist. We will keep reminding you all that buhari is completely the opposite of Jonathan. If you think you will do to buhari exactly what you did to Jonathan, be prepared to face death by hanging via hate speech. Sowore was the major social-media mercenary used by APC to blackmail Jonathan and his government. Sowore is being devoured by the monster he fed. It is an insult to history for someone like Sowore to be described as a hero. He is just a BIRO that is thrown away when it runs out of ink. Sowore is paying for what he did to a goodly and godly GEJ. You can't put off another man's candle and expect your own light to shine. Karma is at work! ~ Meche Oswald |

one of the police men screamed, 'oga! na sokoto road be this?' and my friend replied, 'officer, I thought there was freedom of movement in Nigeria? It doesn't matter which road I choose to follow, what matters is that I'm on my way to sokoto!' Next thing they said was, 'oya, open your booth, wetin de inside'. Meanwhile he had some bunches of plantain in his booth. Soon as he opened, one of them looked into the booth and obviously saw the bunches of plantain but still stu.p.idly asked, 'wetin be this?' my friend looked at him and with a straight face answered, 'yam'
