please house i need your help.. student f-1 visa , i was refused on December 2022 and the school defer my admission and issue another i-20 school starting august 2023 .. now i have paid for new visa fee but i am confuse on this page on us portal to schedule appointment

Select Visa Priority:

1.Previously Refused - Visa refused in the last 6 months (WARNING: Your appointment will be cancelled for providing false information. If your appointment is cancelled, you will need to re-pay your visa fee)

2. Regular - Visa not refused in the last 12 months

please which of the above applies to me........

I have you choose regular because in your ds_160 you would fill denied before.VO ask you response then.
