With this in mind,
Note 1:
3 - 0 + 3 = 3 + (-0) + 3 = 3 + 3 = 6

Note 2:
3 - 0 + 3 = + 3 + 3 = 6.
(+3 - 0) + 3 = 3 + 3 = 6

I) Zero has no value.
II) Note the sign and its relationship with the number it precedes.

Multiplication and division have the precedent same

Eg. 2/2 x 3 = 1 x 3 = 3 = (2 x 3) / 2 = 6/2 = 3
