What I'm saying, wait till the official 90 days (used to be 60 days pre-covid19) and then you can open dispute irrespective of the fact whether seller extended or not. That time you stand a chance of getting a valid judgement from AE. Or if the tracking shows "package delivered" when you haven't received it; then opening dispute stands you a better chance of getting a refund. Also be a good buyer and pay if after dispute goes to your favor and you later get your package.

Has it exceeded the time that AE have for purchase protection? I'm asking as I just won a dispute for one goods I ordered in Feb that never made it here. I first messaged the seller to increase purchase protection- it was running out- but seller may not have seen the message as seller didn't extend it. So when it ended, I opened dispute and got my money back.

The post office option seems to be cheapest but it takes longer.

For me, it's best to use agents. Ask your sellers if they can ship to your agent in China, and if they can, give them the agent address, who will then ship your item from China to Nigeria in 48-72 hours. The price will be

based on the weight of your item.

If the items which were ordered during the corona virus period left the country of origin and its not still here in Nigeria; then where did all those item go?

Were they sent back to back to the country of origin?

What am telling you is a likelyhood of which I experienced.

I have not listened to it, so my suggestion is not to be taken as a diagnosis which I cannot possibly do remotely.

I cannot recommend a mechanic because of location difference.

Lastly, what did your mechanic say is the problem? Did he check valve clearance after last job?

You just need a very good mechanic who can listen and accurately tell you the problem.

It depends on what is bad.

There are 3 type of bearings; main, conrod and trust bearing. The last is a rare occurrence.

If the sound is from main bearing or journals, your engine must be dropped for a repair or replacement bearing or crankshaft but if it is conrod, that is easily replaceable while still on the car.

It is not easy to diagnose but an experienced mechanic can listene and differentiate.

In most cases, when repair work is done and power is improved, any new sound would be from crankshaft. It could be wornout crankschaft bearings or wornout crankshaft journal.

The top ones are not as important as 4 and 5 in the picture.

4 is the top dead center, the cam shaft must line up to each other (5) if not, it needs setting.
