My opinion:
Many of us are used to whole day fasts of 24 hours or part-day fasts of few hours eg 6am to 6pm fasts. The healthy human body can naturally go without food, liquid (or sex) for up to 24 hours. However, fasting for prolonged periods of like 3 days, 21 days, 40 days, 100 etc is where the real challenge comes. I shall use 21 days as a general example all through. Personal conviction and planning are very necessary before anyone starts such a fast. Prolonged Fasts can be categorized into:
(1) Prolonged 21 Dry fast (No breaking of fast daily). No food, liquids or sex is taken throughout the 21 day period of fast. The person resumes having food, liquids and sex only after he/she has completed the total number of days fast. (ie he doesnt break his fast daily but at the end of the entire fasting exercise). Quite a few people have embarked on this kind of pass and the must have a strong conviction from God before embarking on this type of fast.
(2). Prolonged Dry fast (breaking fast daily). The person may decide to fast for eg 21 days but only from 6am to 6pm. This means he would break his fast everyday of the 21 days fast by 6pm. In this scenario He/She is free to have food, water or sex anyday during the 21 days fast so long as it is within the period of 6pm to 6am. However, no food, liquid or sex is to be had during the time frame of the fast ie 6am to 6pm.
(3) Flexible fast. The fast as the name goes is flexible. He/she could go without food or some classes of foods, fruits or strictly liquids. the person could have sex at flexible times depending on the way he has committed himself to God to observe the fast.

LOVE always comes first! Remember Christ loved the world even when it was still in rebellion against him and His enemy. He literally wooed us with His Love, till we lovingly and willingly submitted ourselves to our loving Lord as His bride. But then, as we daily walk with him as His beloved bride, we find ourselves every now and then, failing in submitting ourselves to our loving Lord. What does He do when his beloved Bride rebel against Him even after they have become one? Withdraw His love or reject His bride? No He continues to love her even more, because that was how he found, wooed and changed her in the first place. Love is His instrument of correction! Love is all He has to give and His love is always unconditional. It is not conditioned on our submitting to him. So, this is exactly what the Bible means when it admonishes the husband to love the wife as Christ loved the Church. Dont wait for her to submit before you love her. Love her to submission! Love is the greatest. Love never fails. Love always works!

Ur pocketmoni acct is charged d monthly maintenance fee only in d month that you perform active transaction. Any month you don't perform transaction, ur acct won't be charged.

Pls confirm if you saw eTranzact logo on the Wema bank ATM. Also, did you notice if d same ATM machine was disbursing cash to other people using VISA card or verve(to confirm if d ATM machine was functional at that very point in time). If you can't rmbr,U can check back or try other banks ATMs, but rmbr to look out for eTranzact logo.When you're done, do let the house know what your experience is. Thx

Sorry, only VISA and etranzact cards are accepted for now. Well, if you can safely and securely open your email account from your phone browser, I guess it's safe to use your phone.
