It's bio data page. The page on their passport that has their bio details and photograph.
Your guarantor has to have a passport at hand that is valid.

My question is about the court stamp, i vaguely remember the guarantor form should be stamped by a court. Can i do it at an high court? Which do you recommend at Lagos and price? Thank you.

I'd advise you go to a court near you to stamp, I did mine at Alausa today and I paid 2k for it. *Sobs*) Attach your guarantor's intl passport biodata page to the stamped form. My guarantor's intl passport would be expiring April this year and it was a source of worry to me that I was even looking for another guarantor, but I took the risk and apparently, it could be used since it's still valid."
So you can visit any magistrate or high court near you.

You don't need to apply for a fresh passport. It's correction of data that you would apply for.
Visit https://passport.immigration.gov.ng/
Click on correction of data and proceed. There's a section where it would ask to type in the desired surname.

General Passport Renewal Requirements
1. Photocopy of data page
2. Standard passport application form (it will be available for print out after you have filled the form online and paid)
3. Payment receipt
4. Appointment Slip (this is the form that has your appointment date and time, [application and reference id] keep your Ids safe, you'd need them for tracking or to continue the application incase you did not complete it in a day)
5. Letter of application
6. The expired passport
The fee should be 25k for 5 years (32 pages), 35k for 5 years (64 pages) and 70k for 10 years (64 pages)

I captured last September(09/09) at Uyo office and my passport is not produced yet as at April I went to their office. Please what is the way forward? Must I pay for my passport to be printed after this long wait? Its disheartening.

Your reference and application ID aren't on the slip given to you after capturing. They are on your Appointment Slip.

I have indeed gained a lot from the volume of information available here.
A few minutes ago, I filled out the application form on the immigration portal and at the end choose the option of confirm and pay later.
Please I need answer to the following

1. How do I proceed to pay the fee as I can't see any field on their website to carry out payment.

2. What do I do next after payment, should I proceed to their office immediately after payment?

Please I need your advice as am doing this for the first time, using the DIY approach.

1. On passporthttps://passport.immigration.gov.ng/ there's a section that says edit application. (Hope you have your reference no). Then proceed to payment.
2. After payment, you book appointment for data capture.

Just applied. Capturing date is 6 July 2pm at NIQ HQ, Abuja.

Just applied for re-issue. The next available appointment date for data capture is 6 July in Abuja (NIS HQ)
Well...fingers crossed. I paid a total of 26k online.
