Keep looking for badges and try offering bounties on NL nah.

oracle700: Hello!
I will like the house to help me assess my situation
My start date was 19th September. But, I couldn't submit my application due to incomplete document. I have all the documents I need and school also extended my latest start date from 7 Oct to 17 Oct (reflecting on my CAS).
I want to book a super priority on wed
My questions:
* Hope there is not going to be any hitch in issuing visa or Is my application good to go using the super priority?
* Please what is the approximate amount super priority will cost in naira?
* Please, guys that have paid for value added service, they are asking for a security code on the payment page, what will I put? or is it pin?
Thank you in advance for your kind and prompt responses. There's no need for super priority per say. If you can submit on Monday, decision should be Friday/Saturday, then you have till next Friday to collect your documents. Then you can travel that weekend But that is, if you can submit on Monday To answer your questions; i. If you have all the required documents, ofcourse there won't be any problem iii. Security code should be the last 3 digit at the back of your card |

fizzile: I disagree with you. TLS Abuja is very effective, probably those at Lagos are ineffective. Mine took exactly 5 working days for a decision to be made and I picked it up on the 7th day. So I will still suggest she goes for priority. Best of luck then |

ChiamakaO93: guysss; i'm new on this thread. And i'm currently freaking out.
My school resumes on Monday, the 3rd of October and the latest possible resumption date is 17th October. So basically i applied for a visa (standard); and after more than a month, it was declined due to a miscalculation in the 28 day money rule. so basically they concluded that i had insufficient funds for maintenance, since it hadn't been in my account for 28 days.
Today, i lodged a new application. And the only interview day i got was the 5th of October. I will definitely pay for priority. Is there actually a realistic chance of getting this visa before the 17th? Also, how does one pay for priority, for the Abuja visa office? Thankyou It usually takes 5 working days for a decision to be made on priority applications, therefore you would have only 2 days for collection which is impossible considering how inefficient TLS sorting and collection procedure is. You can use one day priority or try to get a closer date. |

KayMagnum: @spikesC & bourne007 thank you for your contribution.
I got a reply from the home office today and the refusal decision has been overturned. I've submitted my passport at the ikeja vac and I'm hoping to get it back sometimes next week.
I'd just like to add that i have just confirmed from a document released by the office of the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration that the limit to get a response for administrative reviews is actually 28 calendar days and not 28 working days like that man in the previous screen shot claimed.
The title of the document is :An inspection of the Administrative Review processes introduced following the 2014 Immigration Act, and it is available online. Congrats. Hope it will be out before your latest start date. Bourne007: Congrats mate .. How many days did it take? It's 28 calendar days. These guys ehnn sometimes just do whatever they feel like. We even sabi the guidance pass them This is so true. Even university international offices tell students not to ask for immigration advice directly from UKVI |

KayMagnum: Hi guys. Please i need your advice on this one. I was refused a tier 4 visa on the 1st September and the refusal reasons were ridiculous. I applied for an administrative review and I'm yet to hear anything. I got an email after enquiring about my case and i was told to wait for 28 working days. This wait has been nothing but frustrating for me as school has resumed and i have a extension deadline of 7th October. That's before the 28 working days limit lapses. I am hoping by sharing my case on here i can get advice as to what to do next. I'd appreciate all input.
I'm going to attach some documents for you to understand the case better. When you applied, did you use priority? Someone here got an admin review done within 2 weeks but i believe he initially used priority |

Thanks very much Pato. Nevertheless, I wasn't asking because I wanted to send, but rather doing a small market survey for a business. How do you expect the country to get better. Someone has to tell them the hard truth. To them, what they are used to is normal, which is why he holds the opinion that Nigeria is no different from any other civilized country. Can you imagine that? I don't have to imagine it. Yeniyens: Recently I have been having issues with paying online through my GT Mastercard and the One time password generated from my GTB hardware token or supposed to be sent to my phone. I don't receive any code on my phone and the code from my token doesn't work (otp entered is invalid). I am trying to pay for a CAC Name search, for my sisters swift Internet modem and other little stuffs, so I prefer paying through the Web merchants site and I am essentially locked out from merchant sites I usually pay to. On calling the Gtb customer care rep after burning 20 minutes of calls over 4 attempts, she said that the Gtb hardware token is meant for transactions within GT online banking platform, so for external transactions like on merchant sites, she said I try the option of sending a code to my registered number. I told her i have tried both methods it doesnt work and she immediately blamed it on network issues from the merchant site. However, on second thought this doesn't make sense. Is it not the bank responsible for sending the code. Why can't the bank take responsibility for thier errors. I am guessing maybe it is my token that is faulty or something although nothing seems to be wrong with it upon physical inspection. Does this mean I will pay another N2000-N3000 for a new token? Why can't I just get a replacement on presenting the old one. Any advice. Typical ignorant Naija customer care. I only use token and it is now required for external GTBank platform transactions. I am guessing your account wasn't setup correctly so go to a branch and get it fixed |

I have picked up my documents this morning (10:45am), albeit it being late as I missed my flight (12pm) TLS-VI received delivery yesterday night/this morning so they haven't been sorted but they tell people to come check by 2pm. So if yours is urgent and you submitted at VI, I would advise going this evening to check. |

Whatamidoinghere: I thought UK do usually pay per week, or am I mistaken? Yes, pay is weekly and monthly but salary/wages is represented/discussed per hour and/or annually. For example, you'll usually be asked what your yearly income is or what's your hourly rate |
