MhissIfe:
I'm learning a lot from you, thank you.
100 acres of land for sale along Ife-Ibadan express way, Balogun Ikire just on the express main road, it's 350k per acre, interested buyers from 20 acres and above should contact:0807 331 2677 or0703 867 4470 My name is Osarenkhoe Osayanmon and am a Civil Engineer with enough experience in design and building. I have worked as a building consultant for some time now and supervised some projects on my own from start to finish. I want to share my experience and ideas with you guys. I can be reached via 08068280130 anytime.

I end up correcting 70% of any architectural drawing given to me to develop. The reason is because architect drawings are almost always not achievable or realistic.
Yeah they look so beautiful on paper and their 3d awesome.

Stay tuned and pick no offence but learn
Many Civil Engineers lack good structural knowledge of buildings.
Any Design can be constructed if U are sound structurally.

Romance › Re: Should She Collect A Phone Gift From Her Suitor Because Her Boyfriend Is Broke? by spill(m):
amokeme:
The "story" is even somehow. But let me go by it.
1. How will your parents(or her own, whichever one) be comfortable that their daughter is in school and doesn't have a phone and refuse to do nothing about it? How do they communicate then? And the laptop(not everyone in the university have a laptop, and they don't fail because of that)

2. I don't know about you(or her) I can't put my man in a situation where he will be ridiculed either silently or directly by other guys or toasters at that. Just because my parents can not get me a phone., your boyfriend is not mandated to buy you a phone because that's not his responsibility. But if he gets it for you, fine, but let it be out of the goodness of his heart and not because you feel you are entitled to it because you are dating him.

3. I think she is already getting carried away by the gifts the toaster is going to shower her with if she eventually starts dating him. Because now she is talking about her boyfriend not giving her valentine gift. Valentine that was since February o, she will has that in mind.

I don't want to say she has longer throat. But collecting something from a toaster she claims not to "really" like(that means she likes him small) that you can't afford or your parents can't get for you for reasons best know to them(because they should provide everything you need since they don't want you doing any business while in school) is clearly disrespecting yourself and your relationship and is not worth it if you truly love your boyfriend as you say. Because she is already asking for advise to lie or not.. and unfortunately, there will be trouble either way.

She knows the right thing to do, so she should try to overcome the longer throat and save herself from wahala and guilt
I sincerely applaud your sense of judgement.
There are still good ladies here. Kudos...
A guy is broke today doesn't determine his income tomorrow.

Agriculture › Two Legged Goat (mystery) by spill(op): 6:00pm On Jul 14, 2016
A ‘half-goat’ which was born without any hind legs has surprisingly been able to make its way around with just it’s front legs.

The goat born with no hind legs has shown its triumph over adversity after it reached six months old – just walking on its forelegs.

Mirror Online reports that the young kid was born without rear legs last December, and its owners felt it wouldn’t survive.

But it overcame its disability mere days after its birth and has become a strong walker on two feet instead of four.

According to the unnamed farmer who witnessed the birth of the animal some six months ago, the goat’s mother had previously given birth to two healthy kids.
Shocking as goat walks on only two legs

Breeders on the forest farm in Xinping Yi Dai Autonomous County, in south-west China’s Yunnan Province, were shocked to see the deformed goat, but they were even more surprised to see it walking within a week of its birth.

The goat farmer said the young animal learned to perfect its balance and stand on its two front legs, and it is clearly unaware of and unfazed by its disadvantage.

It now hops around the farm merrily using only its two forefeet, travelling with its herd and grazing on the same foods given to the rest of its kin.

Reports citing local veterinarians suggested that the doe may have suffered an abdominal injury during pregnancy that resulted in the birth of the two-legged animal.

The injury could have been caused during a fight, reports said.

Unsurprisingly, the lamb has become something of a local attraction with hundreds of curious visitors from local farms and communities arriving to see the two-legged goat with their own eyes.
