For a prospective corper that studied Architecture and wants to serve in Abuja, where will he likely be posted for PPA?

Pls answer from your experience because i believed that you met some Architecture graduates in camp and where they were posted for PPA.

I am an Architect but i design and build. The quote i gave you is assumed to be in the worst condition. I mean when you are using the cheapest materials and employing cheapest labour and ignoring some construction details, thereby making 18million the cheapest.

As i stated earlier construction cost is been determined by site location, quality of material,and the labour involved.
If the building design will be a storey structure of about 2floors then it will cost you at most 50million for construction.
If the building design will be in separate units just like estate design it will cost you at most 40million.
Quoting out of experience..........

Construction cost depends on site location, quality of material to be used and labour cost around the environment.
From your write-up, one block of the 3 bedroom flat will cost nothing less than 2.9million naira from the substructure to superstructure, roofing, fixtures and finishes.
If you have the detailed construction drawings a more precise quotation will be provided.

I do not know how old you are because this advice might be somehow harsh....
My own piece of advice is to let the guy go his way because you will end up noticing that he is just using you to calm down his emotional distress.
If he truly loves and care for you he can't make such devastating statement considering that you are present....
He is indirectly telling you that your relationship with him will involve all his ex-girlfriends because he cannot keep enemity with them. And you will end up crying on daily basis.





Another phase of advice, if you truly love him then try to find out what makes him go gaga for this particular ex......then try to be many-packages-in-one for him.
