Politics / It,s The Outgoing Government Intensionally Fustrating Us??? by SPINA101(m): 10:27am On Apr 30, 2015
They have barely 27 days left to go but it is
looking more like 27 years to the masses.
Since March 28, things have gone so bad. One
litre of petrol is now 200 naira. Power supply
is now non existent, cost of living has sky
rocketed, Staying alive is now looking like a
big task because these men want us dead.
What have we done wrong? Some of those
going through this pain voted for the YOU on
March 28. Do we really deserve this torture?
Because of the high price of petrol, cost of
transportation increases every new day and
with it comes increased hardship and pain.
Three square meals is now the most difficult
task to accomplish in most house hold.
Schools have resumed, the fees have gone up,
Our hospitals have down tools, our roads are
no longer safe because robbers are on
rampage and to console us, they gathered
some well fed girls and claimed they are the
Chibok girls. Daily our naira tumble before the
dollars, daily marriages are separated because
the center can no longer hold. They have
cleared up the treasury and left the masses in
hunger, anger and tears. We want to live, we
must not die in 27 days, we have waited this
long and will endure till the end because we
are confident that at the end of this
unbearable torture and trauma we will find
CHANGE come May 29.

Bruised and humiliated by the outcome of the
presidential and National Assembly elections,
the national chairman of the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP), Dr Adamu Mu’azu,
has declared that the electoral loss has taught
the party a great lesson.
This comes as the leadership of PDP also met
with some of its governors, governorship
candidates and some state party chairmen
with the aim of restrategising to stem further
humiliation.
The meeting, which started at 11:30am and
ended at 2:15pm, was held behind closed
doors; even aides of the party chieftains were
asked to leave the meeting immediately after
the national anthem was sung to signal the
commencement of the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by the national
chairman, Dr Adamu Mu’azu, with most of
their governorship candidates in attendance.
The meeting, a party source revealed, was
aimed at restrategising to stop a possible
bandwagon effect of the presidential and
National Assembly election losses in the April
11 governorship election.
“We are mindful of the bandwagon effect after
the presidential election. We are planning how
to adopt a new strategy and intensify our
push to ensure our governorship candidates
are not floored at the election,” a party
source, who pleaded anonymity, said.
The atmosphere at the party’s national
headquarters was, however, was downcast as
the usual bubbly activity that accompanies
the visit of its chieftains to the party’s
national secretariat was noticeably watered
down.
The party is, however, considering the option
of approaching the election tribunal to
complain about the manner of its loss. It
claims there were irregularities that worked
against its presidential candidates.
PDP national chairman, Adamu, Mu’azu, in a
statement, said: “Presently, our nation is at
the threshold of history and its defining
moment for the future. As you are aware, in
the early hours of Wednesday, April 1, 2015,
the Independent National Electoral
Commission (INEC) returned the candidate of
the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen.
Muhammadu Buhari, as winner of the 2015
presidential election.
“However, we have received reports of serious
irregularities that characterized the conduct of
the election and we shall channel our protests
to the appropriate quarters in line with our
profound respect for the rule of law and
democratic ethos.
“What is paramount to us is the survival of
our democracy, the unity, peace and progress
of our dear nation and the happiness of all
our people. Nigeria is bigger than any political
party, individual or group and her overall
interest must be our priority at all times.”
The party also commended flag bearer,
President Goodluck Jonathan, for his heroic
act in conceding to the voice of the people,
saying the action stands him out as a true
democrat and a statesman.
“We also congratulate the APC flag bearer,
Gen. Muhammadu Buhari for his resilience
and victory in this election while wishing him
success in the onerous task of leading our
nation once again,” he said.
He, however, declared the PDP was not down
but a “redefining moment”.
“Rather than demoralize us, this election has
afforded us great lessons and we are now
more than ever before reinvigorated for the
race ahead.
“As we return to the electorate for the April
11, 2015 governorship and state assembly
elections, we go recharged with faith in our
heart. We assure all our candidates in the
remaining elections that the party will stand
with you, campaign with you and work
vigorously to ensure your total victory at the
polls,” he stated, even as he called on the
party faithful to remain steadfast and vote in
the party’s flag bearers in the remaining
elections.

Politics / 5 Reason You Should Never Risk Ur Life In This Election by SPINA101(m): 9:35am On Mar 23, 2015
REASONS WHY YOU DON'T NEED TO DIE
FOR ANY POLITICIAN BEFORE, DURING AND
AFTER ELECTIONS :
1. In 2011, Governor Shekarau of Kano State
contested for the Presidency on the platform
of ANPP against President Jonathan of PDP.
So did Nuhu Ribadu of ACN. Today, Gov.
Shekarau is a Minister in President Jonathan's
cabinet & a member of the President's party &
Mallam Nuhu Ribadu is the PDP's candidate
for governorship of Adamawa State. How
many were killed because of them in 2011?
2. President Obasanjo and Asiwaju Bola
Ahmed Tinubu were thought to be sworn
enemies. When President Obasanjo took over
SW Nigeria in 2003, Gov. Tinubu became "last
man standing" against him in ACN/Lagos.
Today, Obasanjo is Tinubu's "Navigator" &
Tinubu is treasured guest at Obasanjo's
birthday. How many died believing they were
enemies?
3. Fmr Govs, Engr. Segun Oni and Dr. Kayode
Fayemi of Ekiti used to be political foes and
now they belong to the same party. Both are
alive as friends & some folks had died fighting
for them.
4. Fmr. Governor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola never
saw eye to eye with Governor Aregbesola.
Now, they belong to the same party, some
people died for both, but were they not always
friends?
5. President Obasanjo was prepared to throw
VP Atiku Abubakar out of Aso Rock. Who
would have thought that Atiku would visit
Obasanjo in Otta farm after all the brouhaha;
politicians belong to one big family. They
have their interest at stake, do not die for
them especially when you have nothing at
stake.
Vote, that is your obligation. You do not owe
anyone a duty to die. Value your life, if you
are still alive you can be better than them.
Say no to violence, say

President Jonathan rocked Fulani attire as he was made the Life Patron of the Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, a socio-cultural body of Fulani pastoralists in Northern Nigeria. The group visited President Jonathan at the State House today March 18th to show their support to him and endorse him for 2nd term. See the photos after the cut...

Developing Her Future and
Career.
*Jonathan's Children Have
Being Moved To London For
Studies and Residence while
Developing Their Career and
living In Affluence.....
*Atiku Abubakar's Children Are
Abroad Schooling....
*Tinubu's Children Are
Abroad Schooling and Living
in Affluence,
They Are All Developing and
Investing In their Children To
Continue To Rule Us After
They Are Gone.....
You are there As A Jobless
Graduate Wearing APC and

Polo, Chanting "Change"
Holding Brooms and
Carrying Umbrellas Chanting
"Transformation" Killing
Yourself, Fomenting Trouble
and Constituting Nuisance to
the Society because of
Peanuts that can't make you
a better person......
Even If You Have No Paying
Jobs, Why Not Do Apprentice
Or learn a Skill that will make
You more Productive today
in the Society. Why Not Do
Volunteering Jobs Instead Of
Looking For Big Pay Jobs!!!!
Stop Being A Disgrace To
Your Discipline, Stop
Wearing APC Vest and
Carrying PDP Umbrellas
Because That is the Wish of
Politicians For You...
They Know If You have a
Good Job, They Can't Use
You As A Thug /
Propagandist.
If Buhari will Not Bring All His
Ten Children To the Street
For Campaign and Jonathan
Will not Bring his Children
and Blood Brothers To The
Street For Campaign, Then
You are a Disgrace To Your
Family If You Don't Stop
Masquerading Yourself As
PDP and APC Agents,
Because Up Till Now, I have
Never Seen Buhari 's Children
and Jonathan's Children On
The Street Wearing APC Vest
and Holding Brooms, Neither Have I seen
Jonathan's
Children Carrying The PDP
Umbrella Even On Social
Media Let Alone In the

Our dear President Goodluck Jonathan has
in the course of the life this administration,
used and dropped so many words of
wisdom; to which we can learn a lot
from...It is food for thought for all and
worthy of our meditation topics in our quite
time...
1) MY AMBITION IS NOT WORTH THE
BLOOD OF ANY NIGERIAN... GEJ
2) DEMOCRACY CALLS FOR SACRIFICE
AND TOLERANCE, AN OPEN EAR AND A
STRONG VOICE...GEJ
3) CYNICISM AND SCEPTICISM WILL NOT
HELP OUR JOURNEY TO GREATNESS. LET
US BELIEVE IN A NEW NIGERIA...GEJ
4) I PREFER TO SEE THE SILVER LINING IN
A DARK CLOUD RATHER THE DARK CLOUD
IN A SILVER LINING... GEJ
5) WE ARE NOT SWORN ENEMIES... WE'RE
NEIGHBORS WHO SOMETIMES OFFEND
EACH OTHER BUT CAN ALWAYS SIT DOWN
TO TALK OVER OUR DIFFERENCES...GEJ
6) OUR FOUNDING FATHERS...DID NOT
DREAM OF A COUNTRY WHERE
NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS WOULD
EXCHANGE BULLETS IN PLACE OF
HANDSHAKES...GEJ
7) GOD IS A GOD OF DIVERSITY. GOD
CREATED A DIVERSE WORLD FOR HIS OWN
PURPOSE. WHAT WILL THE WORLD LOOK
LIKE IF ALL OF US WERE OF THE SAME
HEIGHT, COLOUR, GENDER, NATIONALITY
AND ETHNICITY? I THINK IT WILL BE
BORING...GEJ
cool I HAVE COME TO LAUNCH A CAMPAIGN
OF IDEAS, NOT ONE OF CALUMNY. I HAVE
TO COME TO PREACH LOVE, NOT HATE. I
HAVE COME TO BREAK YOU AWAY FROM
DIVISIVE TENDENCIES OF THE PAST
WHICH HAVE SLOWED OUR DRIVE TO
TRUE NATIONHOOD. I HAVE NO ENEMIES
TO FIGHT. YOU ARE ALL MY FRIENDS AND
WE SHARE A COMMON DESTINY...GEJ
9 )IN PRESENTING MYSELF FOR SERVICE, I
MAKE NO PRETENCE THAT I HAVE A
MAGIC WAND THAT WILL SOLVE ALL OF
NIGERIA'S PROBLEMS OR THAT I AM THE
MOST INTELLIGENT NIGERIAN... GEJ
10) ANY SOCIETY OR COUNTRY THAT
CLOSES THE VITAL VALVES OF ITS
DEMOCRATIC SPACE CANNOT DEVELOP
