White007:
Buhari Transferred His Presidential Power To Osinbajo.Until he writes the Senate to reverse it, He has NO RIGHT to SIGN the Budget. Nigeria's Commander in Chief today, is Prof Osinbajo and there is no ambiguity about this. Cabal or no cabal will NOT change. If Buhari signs the Budget, he will head straight to Prison after 2019. The cabals should send him this information.

Sherriff that calls himself leader of an opposition party has never for once
criticized the Buhari/APC incompetent leadership that has brought the worst
hardship on Nigerians since civil war.

All Sherriffs attacks are directed at fellow PDP members.

It will amount to illegality for Buhari to sign the budget while still away. If he wants to sign, he should come back and inform the national assembly of his resumption. The people behind this signing controversy are just silly. What difference does it make if it's Buhari or Osinbajo that sign?

Ita Enang and Lai Mohammed unfortunately are not helping matters with their utterances. They are just creating unnecessary controversy for the government.

Breaking: We don’t know who will sign 2017 budget … – Lai Mohammed

*says Ministers-designate “ll be sworn in due course

Even with Professor Yemi Osinbajo in the saddle as Acting President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari, the Presidency is still confused about who would assent to the 2017 budget.

The same situation applies to the swearing-in of the two new Ministers-designate who had long been screened by the Senate. Fielding questions from State House correspondents at the Federal Executive Council, FEC meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Wednesday, the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed said that the decision on who signs the Appropriation Bill into law would be decided when the document is finally transmitted to the Presidency. “When it is transmitted to the Presidency, that decision will be taken‎”, he said.

He however said that an advanced copy of the budget has been received by the Minister of Budget and National Planning. It will be recalled that President Buhari left the country on March 7 to attend to his health in London.

We all remember the Manchester football fans that were electrocuted

Politics › The Worst PDP Govt Is 10 Times Better Than This APC Govt - Rep Member by Splashme(op): 2:52pm On May 17, 2017
Patrick Asadu, a house of reps member, says the worst Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) government is better than the current All Progressives Congress (APC) administration.

Asadu, a lawmaker from Enugu state, said this on Tuesday while accepting to chair an ad hoc committee set up by the PDP lawmakers to find a solution to the party’s crisis.

He accused the APC of making Nigerians poor by leading the country into “an avoidable recession”.

The lawmaker said the country is now back to the state of nature due to government’s insensitivity to the security of lives and property.

“The PDP government was not and could never have been perfect, and few human endeavours are totally perfect, but the worst of the PDP government is 100 times better than the best of the present APC government,” Asadu said.

“We are all witnesses to a party under which the government has not only impoverished our people by leading us into an avoidable recession, without a single clue as to how to get us out of it but also runs a government under which all truly democratic institutions are under siege.

“The PDP cannot and will not be allowed to die just like that while this rot continues. We shall stand shoulder to shoulder with all members of this very important house of reps PDP caucus under the able leadership of Rt. Hon. Leo Okuwa Ogor and his team, with the senate caucus of the PDP, with other party organs, leaders, stakeholders and members alike, no matter which opinion or on which side of the present divide in the PDP they stand and indeed Nigerians who are obviously hurting from the mistake of the 2015 general election.”

He added the PDP house caucus had the capability to intervene decisively in the present state of affairs of the party.

Members of the committee are; Toby Okechukwu, Tajudeen Yusuf, Rimande Shawulu, Nkiruka Onyejocha, Kingsley Chinda.

Others are; Akinlaja Joseph, Joan Mrakpor, Okwu Samson, Ben Nwankwo, Simon Arabor, Sunday Marshal and Ali Isa.

Absolutely nothing will happen. Nigeria has long gone beyond the 80s and 90s when some few goro chewing individuals with military uniforms and arms will take over the country. Those days are long gone.
They knew that it will be the easiest way to go our separate ways of which they do not want.
Therefore nothing will happen
