Its all good & fine. My nwanyi oma don give me milk (4rm d main source). But pls 2 avoid dis in future, lets try 2 be calm rather than being impulsive. I'm not sure of getting a job wit db, yet i do my best in ways i can 2 help pple wit useful info. And just because i begged som1 to do somtin, she picked offense and every1 stormed me, calling me names. I hope 4 a place where there wont be abj, owerri or lag hopefuls. We should all be db hopefuls instead. We hav a lot 2 gain 4rm each oda if we will learn to place our pride aside. In d end we're all here 4 d same cause. If any1 unknowingly offends u, call d pesin personally and settle it btw urselves. Not trade insults. Banking is abt pressure day in day out. Wit dis attitude can we stand dat pressure? I'm not perfect, neither am i a saint. Neva felt or acted like one. While we wait, we can crack jokes or do oda beneficial tins rather dan argue or fight.
I run away 4rm fights and still feel so bad abt wat happened 2day coz like it or not we are d future images of db. No need going back 2 how we offended each oda. Lets just learn to work 2geda and move ahead. And pls let only peace continue here henceforth. No more fights. Always remember u represent one of d best brands in Africa. Peace out. Lov u all (but my nwanyi oma more #winks#).

I neva knew d day wishes became a crime on a different thread. @domcarez: calling dem kids is even a beta adjective 2 wat i should hav called dem. Coz its only a child dat acts impulsively and not wait 2 actually understand a situation. Its only a child dat will call u traitor wen u seek 2 protect him. I know nobody here just as no one knows me. I've being here far longer dan any of u. Ur impulsiveness, childishness and insults were wat drove many pple who love 2 help odas away. Calling dem godfathers, pple forming seniors and wat have u. And i stupidly sort 2 slowly end dat my making us all joke wit each oda while waiting 4 db to call.
We barely even chat on d oda thread again wen dis place was gradually becoming suitable 2 come to. U can check d dates of each chats and c d time difference. Dats if u hav eyes. Coz i c u just chose to fuel dat hunger in u 2 cause trouble rather dan take ur time 2 observe tins.

The Beam: Please calm down with the "alarmism". Who put you in trouble before?
If u've worked in a corporate organization b4, u'd know all d cloak and dagger myth people spread about secrets are mostly lies. Information on Training School resumption dates,core banking soft-wares, promotion and posting etc don't qualify as "secrets" and i don't see what use they are to competitors seeing as it doesn't have any direct bearing on operations. Moreover if these were secrets, employees would be made to sign confidentiality agreements protecting them like they do for really important stuff.

In fact discussing salaries as prohibited as people make them out to be are only inappropriate if you ask interviewers too early and I have witnessed an occasion where a candidate for experienced hire was sent packing @ a panel interview cos he didn't know the salary scale for the level he applied for.

If you find the info irritating, pls stay off the thread, there some to whom it means life and death and they need it to make informed decision on their next step.

bros get me well o coz u're taking dis personal. Its one tin 2 share info. Its anoda 2 share it on a public forum. You talked abt confidentiality. Have u asked urself y those who comment here regularly go into TS and neva say a word here again? If they didnt sign a confidentially agreement like u put it, i'm sure dey'll continue posting evrytin abt db during & after TS.
4 d oda scenerio u stated abt d experienced hire. Knowing d salary scale b4 an interview is an info u request 4rm an organization's hr or customer service not nairaland. Especially nt a thread like dis dat is constantly watched by db.

i did my sister. But yet anoda friend didnt. Having to wait for so long, all ur hopes up, not so keen to apply 4 jobs elsewhere coz u believe u have one already, possibly told all ur friends dat u'd get a job soon. Mean is an understatement my sister. But we must soldier on. I knw God has a reason 4 everytin. We've heard of pple who got jobs and died on their way to resume. Possibly God is averting dat or preparing a better package dan wat we hoped on.
