Guys please this thing has started again, I have followed the below steps as described by a loving fellow (I think it was Jboixxx) here some time ago but it has refused to clear. Please I need your assistance.. Thanks anyone.

This was the step I used but it has refused to clear:

Settings > Additional Settings > Language and Inputs > Test-to-speech output > Google Text-to-speech output (click on the gear icon) > instal voice data > select the language you wish to disable > disable the download button.

Cut the long story short. I received the mail for the aptitude test for 26th at Maitama Abuja. But I am already working for Zenith Bank. Is It advisable to go for the test? Also I already have a PhD full tuition scholarship in Melbourne Australia starting January 2018. Am confused, cos zenith bank wouldn't allow me to write DPR test on that day, also is it advisable to quit any job (zenith , DPR) to go for PHD. Please let me know. Thanks

My advice.... Hold on to you Zenith bank job for now and proceed with your PhD program when the time comes. Jeopardizing your current job status just to go for an aptitude test that doesn't give you any form of guarantee as to gaining employment with the Department is a no no for me. Except you are completely sure you stand a high chance of being selected for the applied position at the end of the day.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice you posted this upon all the read wey I dey read for this thread. Masimovich or so said the update was good, so I went ahead to update. Anyways, na to manage am dey expect another update.

So about the update i did yesterday on my note 4 mtk.
Observations: i noticed the multitasking restrictions i complained and subsequently solved by restoring to factory settings has resurfaced hence, force closing opened apps after some time of inactivity. I hope restoring to factory settings will solve this and not take me back to the old V8.1.6.0 MIUI. (I need the gurus to react to this observation). Secondly, i notice my battery drops more even on idle mode. Again i need reactions on this and possibly recommendation as to solving these issues. Thanks guys! Note, i updated from V8.1.6.0 to V8.2.1.0 on note 4 prime mtk.

So I decided to man up and take a leap of faith...
Just updated from MIUI 8.1.6.0 to v8. 2.1.0 on my Xiaomi Redmi note 4 prime mtk. I will monitor and report back on performance and majorly battery performance.

Click on installed apps...then you can click on any app you wanna clear it's cache and data

Thanks! One more question, do you uninstall the power amp app after clearing the cache amd data and then reinstall it or once you clear app and data, it starts again?

You know what I do? After the 2 weeks trial lapse..I do clear the data and Cache..then it starts the 2 weeks countdown again

Yes oo! We are one of the few loyal MTK users . Yeah I updated it. The new update's performance is quite better. For people experiencing the gallery bug where you camera images take forever to load, it has been corrected. In addition there are also some subtle changes.

How far with your battery after the update? I dey fear to update based on the reviews wey I see online from other users. Is it okay to update? From your experience so far..

Lol, the new update is quite good. I am enjoying it so far . I'll recommend you update. And in addition, battery life is now very much preferable.

How many hours does it take this pb to charge fully.... And it will be better if u can drop the aliexpress link of this generator.

Mine came with its battery dropped to about 68% and took over 4hrs to charge to 100%. It has never discharged to zero percent since I bought it over a month ago and I charge both my 4000mah phones several times with it though most times not from zero percent. Unfortunately, I didn't buy it from AliExpress but I believe it can also be gotten from there. I bought from a retailer here on nairaland hence the high price. I can get you his contact if you want it. It's has been a good buy so far. No regrets whatsoever....

there are different reasons for the high price, take for instance charging time on SD around 3hrs plus for full charge and with MTK it is lower

I also noticed this charging time on my mtk redmi note 4. It charges way too fast for 4100mah battery and the battery performance is great. Was wondering if it was normal until I read this observation.
