Meaning we must import processed crude from the entities tied to those contracts. This the only way those countries and their businesses can redeem their loan and interest on it. The middle men facilitating this part of the deal are stationed in Dubai, so they buy at low value, refine and sell it back to us for profit. While some percentage of the finished products goes to nations like Malaysia, Indonesia, China, india and couple of others.
