What you are asking is in the field of embedded systems programming, yes Sim cards contain chips and have programs burned into them, so google more on stuff like embedded C, Verilog, also research into PCSC SIM-Programmer (its a device) |
Hello all, hope i meet una well. I please need folks here to help review my personal site i have been working on (ok its still a work in progress) I am trying to go for a sci-fi kinda feel/look, you know how all those HUD displays are rendered in Science fiction and all. So the site is heavy on Javascript and SVG, and the UI is currently very non-standard, in fact it would only display properly on bigger-screen devices i.e desktops/laptops, the whole thing is still very xperimental and hackish... But i was just thinking if such UI's are feasible or is it just Hollywood stuff, tho' the current implementation still lacks a lot in terms of 2d/3d eyecandy, but i need your fedback before proceeding, cuz the coding is really a pain address: http://omnitechng. remember it wouldnt display properly on small screens for now |

Good for you, everyone goes through that easily distracted stage, trust me its normal, especially when you have just your-self to motivate.. well your-self You must however keep the big picture of what you're trying to achieve and let that continuously spur you, you can only get better by learning, learning, and working on small-medium projects. Most I.T peeps in Naija have no Choice but to be self-motivated, we do not yet exactly have a flourishing Silicon Valley in Nigeria, nor the Incentives or proper Policy to support I.T based growth. Many of us just continue in this line because its our passion, and well slowly, I think things are surely getting better as many new I.T platforms for startups e.t.c are actually Implemented by Nigerians So choose a Niche to start In (Web, Mobile, Desktop Based Software, Industrial/Embeeded. However Web based Skiils might be easier for you to assimilate and start seeing results, with time you could go into other specializations too, Find the right resources and learn/practice like your babe not breaking up with you depends on your success at it. There's probably much more to be said, but You get the Gist |
Your user account profile has errors, you can try running start-up repair, booting into safe-mode, logging into a secondary account if that's available or reinstalling, Note unlike the old days, reinstalling should keep all your files intact, for windows they'll be probably just be moved to a Windows.old folder, Just make sure you do not choose the format option when reinstalling |

babajeje123:You say you are using Codeblocks, i suggest uninstalling and re-installing code-blocks and the compilers it came with I'm guessing its not compiling/ linking properly that's why its giving such errors |
femarse:Where are you getting stuck at |
babajeje123:Yup there is, the scanf statements scanf takes the memory address of variables it is to store into
|
babajeje123:There's some error in your code, causing the runtime exception (i.e making your program close), Why not post the source-code |
0luwatope:Bro in Nigeria, you cant be taught nada about high-end computer programming, get your self good books all over the internet and get practicing |
What's the details of your project I code in C++ however point of correction, JavaScript can solve it via WebGl which very similar to opengl one might use to code such via C++ |
talk2hb1:Lol nah |
well u for just even

How exactly is the code not working, from what i see you have two break points set One at 480px -- for smaller phones and one at 780px --for tablets/small screen laptops, What size of screen are you testing on? If your screen is larger than 780px no media-query breakpoint rules would come into effect and only the global styles would be used. |
Hmm, this is a very interesting development, but i cant say much till we've been able to write some code for the interpreter to run, but BIG KUDOS to you guys for even attempting something like this, so how do you generate machine code, LLVM backend ? |
